Features -

  • Every button in Macaroon is a macro button by default and in many ways they behave like normal action buttons. Buttons can also be set to be "action" or "pet" buttons.
Commands -
  • Type /ion to display a list of available commands, which are:
menu: Toggle the main menu
storage: Open the button storage area
create: Create a blank bar
delete: Delete the currently selected bar
config: Toggle configuration mode for all bars
add: Adds buttons to the currently selected bar (add or add #)
remove: Removes buttons from the currently selected bar (remove or remove #)
edit: Toggle edit mode for all buttons
bind: Toggle binding mode for all buttons
scale: Scale a bar to the desired size.
snapto: Toggle SnapTo for current bar
autohide: Toggle AutoHide for current bar
shape: Change current bar's shape
name: Change current bar's name
strata: Change current bar's frame strata
alpha: Change current bar's alpha (transparency)
alphaup: Set current bar's conditions to 'alpha up'
arcstart: Set current bar's starting arc location (in degrees)
arclen: Set current bar's arc length (in degrees)
columns: Set the number of columns for the current bar
padh: Set current bar's horizontal padding
padv: Set current bar's vertical padding
padhv: Adjust both horizontal and vertical padding of the current bar incrementally
showgrid: Toggle the current bar's showgrid flag
x: Change current bar's horizontal axis position

I was actually using ceil but found out why Macaroon's cooldown counts seems to "lag" a bit behind addons like OmniCC and even the default UI's count. I changed it to floor and they are in sync. However, that left it feeling like it was hangling between 1 and done, so I changed the limit to display to 0. I agree, it does not feel right, so I may do something else. And you are right, when it shows zero, it is showing the time from 0.999 to 0.0 seconds.

2nd thing - there is some bug with the dual specs and profiles. Scenario:
- I login with secondary spec
- Switch to primary spec - action bars also switch
- kill wow process (happened during wow crash)
- Login again - now you have still primary spec, (switched before crash), but macaroon tries to display action bars from secondary spec. And you can't fix it by switching spec. When you switch once, you get proper action bars for secondary spec. When you switch again, you get primary spec with secondary/corrupted action bars.
Others were having this trouble too and I went back to Macaroon 3.x to see what the difference was as this issue never showed before. I think I have it solved for the next update.

★ Hunter Traps work around ★

A little trick I have found to get hunter traps to work on macaroon bars.

Unhide your blizzard UI, drag the traps to the blizzard bars. I have mine set as such

Button1 = Ice Trap
Button2 = Freezing Trap
Button3 = Immolation Trap
Button4 = Explosive Trap

Go ahead and hide the blizzard bar again, now on macaroon bar edit buttons as such

#showtooltip Ice Trap(Frost)
/click ActionButton1

#showtooltip Freezing Trap(Frost)
/click ActionButton2

#showtooltip Immolation Trap()
/click ActionButton3

#showtooltips Explosive Trap()
/click ActionButton4

This is only a work around and the buttons don't light up but they do work and they do show CD's etc. Best I have come up with until it's fixed by blizzard.

This was a problem with Macaroon: Xtras. You need to get the most recent update to fix this issue.

There is a current bug with scanning companion data, so scan the tooltips. The ~ is a flag to match at least one key that has a ~.
