maybe you could design the clamping to the edge of the screen to un-enable itself when a patch comes out?

the potential problem is, would there be a way to have it change that setting before the bars are loaded enough for the original issue to occur? i mean, without making the mod take too annoyingly long to load on login?

Your Macaroon Xtras is probably not loading right. Are you seeing any errors? You can delete the MacaroonXtras.lua saved data per character to reset the bars.

A per-bar option may be doable on the clamping.

As for bar edit being on when logging in, are there any errors? Only reason I can it happening is if an error stopped the loading process.

And for the grouping, I may adjust it, however what is probably transparent to the end user is that Paged, Stance and Pet are primary bars while the other options modify those primary bars.

I will mull it over

on login I now have a backpack symbol on my screen
after reloading the profile or going into the stored button it disappears

Well, what you could do is have it clamped to the screen from the center of the buttons rather than on the edges. I'm not sure how feasible that is, but it should allow people to get buttons where they want them.

If you do put in an unclamped feature, it should probably be a bar option named Unclamped.

Speaking of bar options, you should probably look into resorting them. They're a bit all over the place. Pet/Vehicle/Possess should all be right next to each other imo.

I downloaded 30100.2 and when I log in I am in "bar edit" mode on all my toons. Not a huge deal I just click it off. Just wanted to mention it

I have created some bars and a custom ButtonFacade skin to go with my UI. I also created a template UI with positions of where my bars and everything will go. Unfortunately, bars that are on the edge of the screen are slightly offset by a few pixels, and it's bothering me. XD

A possibility, is if clamping is disabled, you can place bars outside of the screen. When clamping becomes enabled, any bars that are outside of the screen immediately move back into the screen.

There a few ways to enter/exit binding mode.

- Right click the minimap button, second from the top should be the "Bind Edit" option.

- Shift-clicking the minmap button takes you right into binding edit mode

- Typing "/mac bind" will also toggle binding mode.

Once in binding mode, special frames appear over bindable buttons. Just mouse over the buttons and hit a key to bind it, hit ESC over the button to clear all bindings on that button. If you make sure you have beginner tooltips enabled in the main menu, the tooltip while you mouse over the buttons should give you hints on what to do.

Well, I did happen to experience the tooltip error with 30100.2, but it reset itself and has not happen again lol

However, I am double checking everything, thanks for the reports

Actually, I think the people reporting they got the vehicle bar working are the ones who made a Macaroon vehicle bar. The ones using the default UI bar with the same keybinds as Macaroon buttons...well, I am figuring that one out

I have to find a way to make the default UI bindings priority without tainting them (making them not work in combat)
