Helium 2.1.1 - Bug fixes

Helium 2.1 - Update to WOW 7.2
- Removed legacy morph spell code
- Removed legacy trap launcher code
- Code clean up
- Reworked Rogues stealth bars to use the stance setting. This should allow them shadow dance to change bars correctly. This change will probably result in lost old style stealth layouts.
- Added a Shadow Dance bar state for Subtlety rogues when using the "Stealth" bar state. This allows for a separate Stealth and Shadow Dance bars to be used. Users can opt to remap the Stealth bar to the Shadow Dance state if they want a single bar state
- Fix for issue where dragging a item to the bar when the editor was open would overwrite the home state macro.
- Fixed issue where macro text would not clear between bar states.
- Fixed some issues with flyouts not generating correctly.
- Added flyout macro generator to the button editor window.

Thx for the tip.

But i actually can still click the bars, though they perform no action. Problem is i can't select anything that's behind those bars. Don't know if you are understanding what i'm saying.

Edit* I actually got a couple more questions.

The buff/debuff timers can only be applied to all/none of the buttons, or is it possible to apply it to a single button? I want that in rend for knowing when to renew it, but i don't need it in MS.

And the other is Slam, can i create a macro to highlight the button on a bloodsurge proc?

I know there are some addons to help with these issues, but i'm having severe performance issues, and want to minimize the amount of addons i use, by trying to take the most out of those i see as a must have, like macaroon

Hey.

I've been trying to create a non clickable bar.
I want a bar really close to the center of the screen, just to display the status of the abilities and to keep trace of the global cooldown and procs without Having to stare at the botom of the screen, where my bars currently are.

Can it be done?

You cannot delete bag buttons if you have Xtras loaded.

If you can though, run this in a chat line -

/run Macaroon.XtrasUpdateButtonStorage()

And tell me if the bag button fixes itself.

To add a bit more info, the problem occurs whether Macaroon is the only addon enabled or not. I also tested with just Macaroon and all combinations of MacaroonBound, MacaroonExensions, and Macaroon Profiles, with the same result, so it is definitely something in Macaroon itself. The issue also occured consistently on four different machines, and after resetting the base WoW settings (config.wtf, bindings-cache.wtf, etc) to their defaults and disabling settings synchronization. It also occurs after logging in without Macaroon, removing or swapping equipped items, and then logging in with Macaroon enabled again.

If there's anything else you'd like me to try, let me know. The priest's owner (my boyfriend) does use profiles with dual specs, and would like to be able to use the new version with its relevant bug fixes.
I did see the post and I was doing a diff on 2.4 and 2.5 to see if anything could be the cause. The only real change in those versions is fixing an issue with loading dual specs. Basically I moved one piece of data from one saved variable to another and changed all the references to that data to the new one. Not really seeing how it made a difference in loading

Interesting that the strange behavior I was seeing with my control bar seemed to be related to the storage area as well. After I had created my control bar, when I went back into storage there was 2 bars worth of buttons in there (I had only created 3 buttons) and it had replaced my 3 with a scattering of vehicle and pet bar buttons. Very strange. For now I'm not using the storage area until I'm happy with the control bar.

I have to try deleting and re-building my control bar with action IDs over 121, possibly that has something to do with it. I know I've done a control bar instead of vehicle or pet, but the action buttons with IDs over 121 I need to check on.

Maul you are so close to perfection! I really appreciate all your hard work. Macaroon IS my interface, and I can't imagine going back to anything else.

Still looking into the keybinding issue.
Ooooh. I downloaded Xtras to get the loot windows movable, but then I downloaded Xloot, so I never bothered downloading Xtras again. I will try that, and let you know.

As far as locking the bindings goes I didn't know you could left click the button to lock the bindings. I will try that too, to whoever made that comment. Thanks!

Edit: Oh I didn't realize that it was Xtras providing Bound (to bind in the spellbook)

I have a feeling this is my problem! Thanks again

Substitutions -

%p = "player",
%t = "target",
%f = "focus",
%tt = "targettarget",
%p1 = "party1",
%p2 = "party2",

%pt = "pet",
%mo = "mouseover",

being the coding noob i am i have no clue where to find that in my ui, and even worse, how to use it. anyone here having any clues or tips?
so what i want is macaroon to cast a spell on the target under my mousecursor, if there is a target selected, than cast on that target, if there is no target selected and no target under mousecursor, than cast on myself.
That's from Macaroon Extensions, I'm not sure you can use it as you want to as I believe it's for text messages. but there should be some coding allowing you to do what you want. like /cast[target="mouse over","player","target"] spellOnMO, spellOnSelf, spellOnTarget
or something I don't really know that kinda stuff. but I know there's ppl in here that do ^^

I'm not sure I understand your problem of key bindings clearing from your main bar correctly. but have you left clicked your spell binds on your main and your control bar to lock the binds?
