Features -

Commands -
  • Type /ion to display a list of available commands, which are:
menu: Toggle the main menu
storage: Open the button storage area
create: Create a blank bar
delete: Delete the currently selected bar
config: Toggle configuration mode for all bars
add: Adds buttons to the currently selected bar (add or add #)
remove: Removes buttons from the currently selected bar (remove or remove #)
edit: Toggle edit mode for all buttons
bind: Toggle binding mode for all buttons
scale: Scale a bar to the desired size.
snapto: Toggle SnapTo for current bar
autohide: Toggle AutoHide for current bar
shape: Change current bar's shape
name: Change current bar's name
strata: Change current bar's frame strata
alpha: Change current bar's alpha (transparency)
alphaup: Set current bar's conditions to 'alpha up'
arcstart: Set current bar's starting arc location (in degrees)
arclen: Set current bar's arc length (in degrees)
columns: Set the number of columns for the current bar
padh: Set current bar's horizontal padding
padv: Set current bar's vertical padding
padhv: Adjust both horizontal and vertical padding of the current bar incrementally
showgrid: Toggle the current bar's showgrid flag

v30000.25.1 -- I was finally able to successfully select the Swift Flight Form as the bar state, but when I tried to Remap To the Caster Bar, I got the following error:

if you're not a pet class, just assigning one of your regular action bars to also be a possess bar should work fine. once you do that, left click on the bar til it shows possess, and add buttons to it. go to button edit and make sure they're action id's 121+, but don't mess with them much or they can reset and be a pain on you. once you turn into a ghoul if you're not seeing abilities, trying going into config mode once then exiting. this worked for me with .25, sounds like it should be a lot easier with 25.1 (thanks maul!)

edit: this WILL replace what you see normally on that bar, but it doesn't really matter since as a ghoul or in a vehicle, you can't use any of your character's abilities anyway.

What is the LUA command to hide/show a bar? Like I can use "Dominos:ToggleFrames(10)" to show dominoes bag bar. I've tried modifing that command to work with macaroon but haven't been sucessful yet.

So for the zombie/vehicle (which I believe are both 'possession' things), will they replace my current action bars with their stuff or do I need to have a blank action bars with 'Possess' checked on it?

Just trying to get everything in order.

I just wanted to say I love macaroon and thanks for the faq explaining link to "workhorse" bars. I was getting a bit annoyed because I wanted a combat bar that was defensive stance only and now I have that figured out. Also I have a suggestion. It is a bit condusing that posession bars need pet button ids but default to standard button ids. It would be a lot more intuative if posession bar/state defaulted to pet id buttons.

Not sure if this is a bug or not so I am posting it here. When I log on I get the error Error:

The macaroon bars do not load up either. I see blank bars that are all overlapped. When I click on a bar the settings for that bar all pop up, so in a way problem solved. Is there a way to get the bars to load up when I start playing? I used to use Trinity Bars. If I need to delete a file to get it to work properly I really do not mind doing so. It would be really easy for me to set everything back up the way I want again.

When I try to reload a profile all of my bars vanish and I need to start over and I get the same error. If I click on the macaroon bar for my pet I get another error message. I am a warlock.

the text error is
501;502;503;504;505;506;507;508;509;510; Macaroon Critical Error Detected: Invalid button on MacaroonBars2. Saved variables reset required. Sorry!
How do I do that?

it's so hard trying to figure out how to rework my bars when i'm losing health from lack of BRAINS to eat and bugging in and out of combat lol... i'm scared to get the 25.1..

After extensive, ummm, "testing" in, ummm, crossroads the possess bar did not fail in v25.1 for me for the zombie event. People may need to re-make their bars to get everything working right.

25.1 should have any possess issues temporarily fixed. The problem was that the buttons were not always registering as having an action before the check to show them based on having an action or not happened. This is due to using action ID's above 120. The check right now is forced to always return true so people can use them for the zombie event while I work on a more elegant solution.

When I drag it from my bags it becomes a macro button and doesn't count correctly for drums

It was not because of Macaroon. Macaroon was just not set up to handle a possess bar "out of the box". All elements in Macaroon have to be defined by the user. Instructions are in the FAQ

I added a new feature to remap states. This feature may require you to re-make the bars. Macaroon is still in beta, so things like this can happen, unfortunately
