Helium 2.1.1 - Bug fixes

Helium 2.1 - Update to WOW 7.2
- Removed legacy morph spell code
- Removed legacy trap launcher code
- Code clean up
- Reworked Rogues stealth bars to use the stance setting. This should allow them shadow dance to change bars correctly. This change will probably result in lost old style stealth layouts.
- Added a Shadow Dance bar state for Subtlety rogues when using the "Stealth" bar state. This allows for a separate Stealth and Shadow Dance bars to be used. Users can opt to remap the Stealth bar to the Shadow Dance state if they want a single bar state
- Fix for issue where dragging a item to the bar when the editor was open would overwrite the home state macro.
- Fixed issue where macro text would not clear between bar states.
- Fixed some issues with flyouts not generating correctly.
- Added flyout macro generator to the button editor window.

Yeah, I can't figure out how to create a leave vehicle button, either.

This is problematic. I end up having to log out in order to exit the vehicle.

There are only 10 pet buttons. Until Blizzard gives us more, that's all there is.

You can create macros for any pet skills for which the autocast state is not something you need to track on the button (which, practically speaking, is the only difference between a pet button and a normal button). Put the skills with autocast states on one of the normal pet buttons, then put skills without autocast states, or whose autocast states you always leave off, on a couple of additional Macaroon macro buttons.

Re: Pet bar states.

OK, I started from scratch with my whole UI and now the pet bar is working just fine. Don't ask me to put my finger on why it wasn't working. OK... now I have a new issue that's really buggered my new layout up.

I created a host of buttons and added hotkeys without modifiers, just as I did with my old layout. However, these buttons are still being pressed when I use the button with a modifier.

For example, I have a button bound to the "B" key where my Hearthstone macro is. Through the game bindings, I have "SHIFT+b" to open all bags. When I press "SHIFT+B", Macaroon hijacks the bind and presses the "B" button instead. Instead of opening my bags, the toon attempts to Hearth.

This problem persists for all my info windows such as Character Sheet, Spellbook, Talents, etc. that are bound to SHIFT+KEY.

What is the fix for this?

I had a hunch and decided to try this again, after deleting all previous Macaroon variables. Leveled up a new druid to 10, did not get the stance asplode issue. Am wondering if it was a problem with an older build of Macaroon that my variables grandfathered in; I have the files saved on the off-chance you want them and they are useful.

EDIT: I may not have had the 'bar asplode' issue, but I just randomly started losing keybinds again in the middle of AV. I had bind text enabled this time, so I could see it - as I bound one thing, something else would come unbound. This happened for about 8 or 9 binds in a row. Buttons were locked, and I am using the newest edition of Macaroon. None of them shared the same binding, and this happened across pages.

FYI, with 30000.28.1 I am getting an error message when I log in:

Date: 2008-11-12 17:34:49
ID: 51
Error occured in: Global
Count: 1
Message: ..\AddOns\Macaroon\Macaroon_Buttons.lua line 2322:
bad argument #1 to 'lower' (string expected, got nil)
Debug:
[C]: ?
[C]: ?
Macaroon\Macaroon_Buttons.lua:2322:
Macaroon\Macaroon_Buttons.lua:2224

As far as I can tell, things seem to be operating normally apart from that.

The same configuration seems to work without error on my other accounts.
The only difference I can think of is that this toon has some

/castsequence ,,,spellName

macros, whereas on the other toons the positioning of the commas in that sequence is different (i'm multiboxing, and that's my way of doing a spell that triggers on one toon only and rotates through toons). Apart from that and one big totem castsequence, the configurations should be identical (i copied the macaroon.lua from one account to the other, then tweaked those castsequences).

Hello Maul,

Thanks for the great bars and addon extras!
I have an issue:

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to have my bandage out target me without a modifier key being used. I do have the bar the bandages were drag & dropped to set to Player. Yet when I attempt to banadage I still get the targeting cursor(hand).

Any help would be much appreciated. Also for a suggestion a stance bar as an extra would be awesome.

Thanks,
Kraav
As for that stance bar, that's already added..

You sure you dont have any other options on?

Kraav,

I use the following macro on my bandage button and no matter who my target is it always applies it to myself.

Code:
/use [target=player] Heavy Netherweave Bandage

Apologies if this has already been asked or changed.

I have a bar for both pet and possess. I know how to lock bindings to have a bind on both a normal bar and pet/possess bar. Is it possible to have the bind only apply to the possess state?
