UPDATE: When the 1.2gb patch loaded, it wanted to load into a public folder which I let it do. I kept trying to place macaroon in the old folder. FIXED

Next question: Can we change the shape of the buttons into diamonds or do we need to download the addons to do this?

ok just a visual thing here, not really a problem....
Is there any way to make the 'count' more readable? I totally cannot read the numbers lol.



Kind of more like how it displays by default with no text mods in the bags ^--.

Mouse Wheel

What if you don't have a mouse wheel?

Also:

I ran into a problem with a bar... I set it to respond to both Alt and Shift. First, i held down Alt and set the keybindings to alt-1, alt-2, alt-3 etc. When I held down Shift to access the shifted version, and tried to add keybindings for shift-1, shift-2, shift-3, etc it seemed that each button ALSO had alt-1, alt-2, alt-3 etc also assigned. wtf?

For any of the trinity users having this problem, After I installed the Macaroon Xtras importing of my bars worked properly and were still there after logging out and back in.

Polymorph bug

Hey Maul first off i would like to extend a huge thank you for the work you have done thus far. I thought trinity was great. this is even easier to configure.. So THANK YOU!!!

Also tho on the bummer side i have come across a small bug. I run a mage and tend to use different poly spells dpending if there is another mage in the party. the bug i have come across is this. when i palce the poly spell onto a bar it chooses the highest lvl spell which normally is fine, But in the poly case there can be three spells of the same lvl. AkA sheep rank 4, Pig, and turtle. Well for me since Pig was the last poly spell i learned it always chooses the pig poly. I cannot get it to sheep. unless i open ym spell book and cast it from there. or o forego using macaroon and use the bliz bars.

I ahve been trying to change things around but just cannot get it to work at all.. so in short. I cannot sheep from the bars.. only pig no matter what i try. otherwise i have not come up with anything else bug wise.. keep up the great job man.. its an awesome Mod..

1) See two posts down from yours

2) Something I need to add to the FAQ Enter button edit mode (/mac edit or alt-click the minimap button) then right-click on the XP bar. You will be shown some options. Select width. Now you can either left/right click+hold to adjust quickly or use the mousewheel to adjust incrementally.

I will check out combat bars. Last time I checked they were working.

Macaroon seems to be working pretty well, but there are 2 things I can't figure out how to do.

1. The menu and bag bars - I can't change the shape to vertical. I used to do that and put them along the side of the window and autohide them. Why can't I change the shape to vertical?

As bit rot was setting in on the old trinity code, a trick I'd been using to hack keybinds onto my mounts stopped working reliably. This involved setting up 2 hidden buttons on screen assigned to the keys for my flying and land mount. The last version of Trinity started to be too slow to load the info for the mounts and cause them to bug out with a waiting for information from the server error. I ended up using unhidden buttons sized very small for the same effect to keep working.
Heya Phred Almost missed your post in the middle of mine

The old keybinding system and the new one are not that dissimilar. What exactly is it that you liked about the old one?

Horizontal, vertical and multi-column have been merged into one one shape - "linear". To make a bar vertical, simply adjust the number of columns to "1".

Edit: The right click setting doesn't work for me either, not sure if that's linked.
I will check out bar targeting. However, the buttons if they are set to be macros follow their own targeting depending on how they are written. For people who don't want to edit macros, I am working on a mechanism to auto-write/update macros based on bar settings. For now, you will have to manually edit them

Bar alignment/shape

I'm not sure if I'm missing something... but I can't change the macaroon bars to be vertical instead of horizontal. I'd normally rotate the Bags and interface bars (character/quest/etc) and move them to the left hand side of the screen. Is it possible to do that anymore?

edit: Nevermind I found it. I set the columns to 1 and that did the trick.

Bar targets

I'm not sure if I'm not setting up the bar targets properly, but even when it says Target: Party1 whenever I mouse over the bar it just treats it as though it were a normal cast bar. Any ideas?

A class bar is not yet implemented, but easily re-created. Just create a new bar and drag the stance spells to it. If I do add a class bar, itwill be to the Macaroon Xtras package.
