Ahoy.

Still using this addon after yeeeeears and glad theres been updates. Issue I'm having atm is when I load into a new area or any load bar in general the original wow mainbar plus dragons comes back up. I know this can be removed by a script to hide the mainbar but I'm inherently lazy and wondering if theres an easy fix through Ion? The main menu seems to not be fully accessible yet with the github files

Cheers in advance (I'll just use http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info8988 for the mo)

Ion for WoD

You can download the unofficial WoD updates I made for Ion via my GitHub fork of Maul project : Here This link will always have the most up to date version.
Note: the zip file has a folder named Ion-Master which contains the various Ion addons. Make sure that you copy them out from the Ion-Master folder to the WoW's Addon folder. Don't just copy the Ion-Master folder as it will not work.

It works for both the PTR and Beta realms and appears to be function as well as it currently does on live. If you do find an issue then please post it on the GitHub issue tracker Here, so the comments don't get to cluttered and to make it easier for me to track.

Thank you for having a look at this invaluable add-on for use in the new expansion and providing a status update.

I've been a Macaroon / Ion user for a quite a long time and dread the thought of having to replace my main add-on.

I've got the PTR client available (sadly no beta key) if there is a chance I can help test any releases.

Just a heads up that I've been working on a WoD update for Ion & the 4 additions (pet, menu, status, & bag) . I've got most of the load errors fixed and have been slowly fixing the other non on load bugs that I find. For the most part everything "appears" to be working. I just need to finish the work on how the bars handle mounts when dragged from the mount journal. With luck I hope to have ready to be distributed by this weekend for others to test on the PTR/Beta to see if there are other things that might need to be fixed.

I also discovered BAB Bars (http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/fileinfo.php?id=22784#info).

The author, Duugu, has been adding functionality for me upon request. He also already has a WoD version in progress. This seems like something to use in conjunction with another action bar addon - at least at this point (no replacement for the vehicle, pet or possess bars), but it will let you make straight, arced and round bars of the size/number of buttons you desire, you'll be able to set a wide variety of bar states, and they do not use any of the default Blizzard action bar slots (aka buttons are "macro based"). It also has masque support.

[Edit: Helps for clarity if you avoid calling WoD "MoP" by accident.....Edit 2: He's added an amazing variety of options for showing/hiding/changing the bars!]

I use Macro Toolkit at the moment. Another one would be KayrMacro (http://www.wowinterface.com/downloads/info22888) but this is alpha. I hope that will be developed soon, it looks very interesting and could be the missing link to ion for some kind of profiles.

I tried "/ion lock" or "/ion lock shift" but nothing.

I changed Ion to support spells with multiple charges (like Warlock's conflagrate). In case of such spells it's nice to know when 2nd charge will appear, so Ion should show a cooldown timer always when you have less than maxCharges.
