Helium 2.1.1 - Bug fixes

Helium 2.1 - Update to WOW 7.2
- Removed legacy morph spell code
- Removed legacy trap launcher code
- Code clean up
- Reworked Rogues stealth bars to use the stance setting. This should allow them shadow dance to change bars correctly. This change will probably result in lost old style stealth layouts.
- Added a Shadow Dance bar state for Subtlety rogues when using the "Stealth" bar state. This allows for a separate Stealth and Shadow Dance bars to be used. Users can opt to remap the Stealth bar to the Shadow Dance state if they want a single bar state
- Fix for issue where dragging a item to the bar when the editor was open would overwrite the home state macro.
- Fixed issue where macro text would not clear between bar states.
- Fixed some issues with flyouts not generating correctly.
- Added flyout macro generator to the button editor window.

Actually, that really has nothing to do with profiles in Ion. Ion will have an independent option for toggling per-character keybinds. The foundation for it is in, just not the implementation.

Not in any practical manner. In a very time consuming manner, perhaps.

There already is a minimap button, but it will be disabled if you are using a data broker addon like Bazooka, Chocolate Bar or Titan Panel

Just go into button edit mode (right-click the Ion symbol), then right-click the bar you want to edit. Width and other values can be changed this way.

Thanks Calhraven and Maul I've been so used to using the minimap button to access the varying menu options in Macaroon that I just didn't look through the command list properly - now I can see it is essentially working the same way. Cheers. Are you planning to incorporate a minimap button for Ion in the final iteration?

Looking forward to profiles so I can use Ion in my different characters. I really liked Macaroon, and now Ion. They are awesome plugins with brilliant ideas. I can't, and don't want to play without it. ( So I only play my mage these days. )
Thank you, Maul!

Question Darkmoon Faire: Bar not working

Hi, there, got another question for ya. When I tried to do the quests in Darkmoon Faire, my key bindings won't work for the new bar that pops up. I went online to try to see if I could find an answer before bothering you, but I couldn't really find anything that proved useful. I tried various suggestions I found, but none seem to work. I am more concerned for when other more important (and potentially deadly) quests come around and I need this functionality. I don't even know what kind of bar that is, in order to maybe try to figure stuff out.

Thank you, in advance, for any info you may provide.

Having problems with bars on my Shaman in Ion. First, I have 10 toons (all classes) which are leveled up to 85 and played (all geared to LFR or better). The problem is with the mount flyout. On every other toon the mount flyout works. If however I add a mount flyout to my shaman the next time I log him in all of his bars are gone and will look like freshly created bars (black bar, no buttons) if I go in to edit, etc. The map, all onscreen content macaroon related is not displayed. It's only on the shaman. Every other toon can use the mount flyout no problem. I can edit one of the apparently black bars at a time and add one button then all the buttons will show up again on each bar after I add and subtract a button until I log out and back in on that character. Then I have a blank screen again.

If I remove the mount flyout from my shaman and log out and back in the problem goes away.

No worries really as I know Maul is working on it, the 20 gazillion other problems, and uhhhh that other thing outside of wow called life....

I answered you there, but I shall do so here as well A "master macro list" is planned, just not in yet.
Oh, thank you! I shall look forward to it, then. Have a happy autumn!

^^This.

Status Bars are treated like they are buttons. They can be edited like buttons when you enter button edit mode, they just have their own unique GUI

I am generally always around, I just do not always have the time to commit to addon creation or addressing issues, both are a time consuming process

Not yet. Remember, Ion is in a testing state, meaning it is still being developed and not all features are in. I apologize for any inconvenience but my personal schedule dictates how fast I can get things done

And I could spend hours doing band-aid fixes on Macaroon just to make it work, but then those hours would not go to advancing the state of Ion. It is a choice I had to make.
