Bartender4 is a full ActionBar replacement mod. It provides you with all the features needed to fully customization most aspects of your action and related bars.

    - 10 Action Bars
    - Stance Bar

    - Bag Bar

FAQ
Q: How do i access the Configuration?
A: You can open the configuration with the Slash Commands (/bt or /bar) or through the Bartender4 LDB plugin.

Q: Can Bartender4 import settings from Bartender3?
A: No. Those two mods are too different to be able to import settings.

Q: Where are my keybindings? And how do i bind new keys?
A: BT3 Keybindings will not be ported over either, you have to use the new KeyBound to re-bind your keys. You can access KeyBound by its slash command (/kb) or through the button in the BT4 config. Hover a button, press key → voila!

Q: CyCircled Support? I like my button skins?
A: No reason to cry! There is a sparkling new skinning addon/library out there! ButtonFacade is way easier to work with as a action-bar author, and its easier to write skins for it too! Alot of cyCircled Skins have already been ported to ButtonFacade, and more are on their way! After installing ButtonFacade just use its configuration to change the skin of the BT4 buttons (/bf)

Q: How do i disable the snapping of the bars?
A: Currently, you can temporarily override the snapping by holding down the Shift Key while moving your bars, or uncheck the option in the popup when your bars are unlocked.

I guess you're using RepWatch or other addon of the same kind, but unfortunately I highly doubt what you want is possible.
State configuration only rely on the button bars states.

Bugs

The rep bar bug STILL exists despite mutiple new versions since it first ocurred.

Also don't know if this is a bug with BT4 or something else, but the a Pet Bar (Blizzard's maybe?) shows up whenever I'm in combat and hides when not in combat.

If this is for separate bars, that's okay.
For one bar, you need to combine it in single string.

I was wondering what scripts I would need to add in to replicate the options above the custom conditionals that get greyed out without messing up my current script.
Just backup your custom conditions for a certain bar, enable needed checks and press the "Copy Conditionals" button.
I.e. "Vehicle UI" will be [bonusbar:5]

These are Hide on Vehicle, Hide with Vehicle UI, Hide When Possessing, Hide Without Pet etc.

As a side note how can I change that last line in the script to be whenever I select anything, whether it be friend, foe, or dead? I kind of copied the script elsewhere. :P Very noobish with scripts. [/b][/quote]

Lana'thel

Hi,

(Sorry for my English, it is my second language. I apologize as well if this question has been answered somewhere else on these forums. I didnt find anything about it.)

During Blood-Queen Lana'thel's fight, in ICC, you get a debuff during which your have to use an ability called Vampiric Bite. With the default Blizzard UI, your main bar switchs to another bar, with only Vampiric Bite in the 1 key.

I'm not able to make it happen with Bartender 4, and I wiped the raid several times because of that.

Here's what I did:
I chose Bar 7 to show Vampiric Bite, because for me, bar 7 happens to be quite big in the middle of my UI. I planed to simply click the ability when it appears.

In the Bartender menu, I clicked on "Bar 7" > "State Configuration", and then:
- Enable (checked)
- Possess Bar (checked)

But nothing happens and I never get the special ability.

My questions are:
1. What do I do wrong, how can I make it work?

2. Is there another mob, somewhere in WoW, were I could run some test without wiping a raid or forming a group for it? Is there any other creature that uses the same mechanic somewhere? (A friend told me that Eadric the pure, in ToC 5, uses a similar ability as Lana'thel, but it still too complex to get there to test my UI).

Thank you

Reputation Bar

It's been posted on the WoWAce deveolopment forum, but I don't know how often the tickets there are checked, so I figured I'd cross-post (plus, people tend to have homebrew solutions on these boards).

The reputation and stance bars show up whenever I change specs or port somewhere, and it's the Blizzard bars that are showing up. Enabling/disabling the rep bar works to get rid of it, but I can't remove the stance bar except with a /reload (which does also nix the rep bar).

Anyone have the same problem that's fixed it?

Does anyone know if there's a way to set a keybind to show/hide my actionbar? Right now it's set to show on mouseover and hide otherwise, but when I accidentally hover in the area, it gets annoying. I've messed with the delay, but would much rather be able to bind a certain key or key combination to show/hide the bar when I want to.

For some reason, when I enter a vehicle, the actionbar buttons appear on the pet bar... anyone know how to get this to show up on bar 1?

Re: Bar hiding and showing in combat.

I have created buttons with kgpanels that show and hide Bartender4 action bars when I click them. However, if I click the button after I enter combat the action bars will not appear - only the frame-associated kgpanels background appears.

The scripting in kgpanels works exactly as I intend it to out of combat, the problem only arises after I enter combat and click the button. Is there some Bartender4 checkbox or scripting code that I've missed that enables action bars to appear while in combat?
You cannot show or hide action bars in combat, neither with default action bars, or with any addon.

I also have a question, is there any way to change the scale of actionbars in less than 0.05% steps?
