You can use a different resolution. Just resize and move frames and backgrounds.

So entirely off-topic, but I appear to be a retard and can't figure out how to turn off the class display on my target. On PB3, there was an option to ONLY show a target's class if they were a player. Is that option in PB4 somewhere? I hate when my NPC targets come up as "paladin" and whatnot. It's just an annoyance to me, is all.

Parrot

I reset the Caith UI profile and appearently that resulted in my getting the proper look of things. I expected it to go back to the default Parrot settings. All incoming and outgoing damage and heals seem to be showing up now as well. Seems a bit odd how that worked out.

5 mins of Nourish spamming later:
That was a glitch. I couldn't reach the settings for Parrot, and so relogged, and am back to the default profile. Quit the game. Deleted the .lua file and made sure I got the latest version from here again. Ran game and set the profile to Caith UI. It's now ... half and half. Somehow. You'll see what I mean.

yep you are right, you need to add somes lines to put the enchantbuffframe somewhere else.

not sure but make a backup of your rbuff.lua, delete the content and try this in your rBuff.lua :

(the enchantframe and buff are in a different frame with this code)

Code:
  --rdy up for wotlk
  BUFFS_PER_ROW = 12;
  BUFF_FLASH_TIME_ON = 0.8;
  BUFF_FLASH_TIME_OFF = 0.8;
  BUFF_MIN_ALPHA = 0.90;

  local addon = CreateFrame("Frame")
  local _G = getfenv(0)

	BuffFrame:SetScale(1.3)
	TemporaryEnchantFrame:SetScale(1.3)

  addon:SetScript("OnEvent", function(self, event, ...)
    local unit = ...;
    if(event=="PLAYER_ENTERING_WORLD") then
    BuffFrame:ClearAllPoints()
     BuffFrame:SetPoint("TOPRIGHT", UIParent, "TOPRIGHT", -13, -13)
     BuffFrame.SetPoint = function() end
      TemporaryEnchantFrame:ClearAllPoints()
      TemporaryEnchantFrame:SetPoint("TOPRIGHT", UIParent, "TOPRIGHT", -13, -63)
      TemporaryEnchantFrame.SetPoint = function() end
      addon:runthroughicons()
    end
    if ( event == "UNIT_AURA" ) then
      if ( unit == PlayerFrame.unit ) then
        addon:runthroughicons()
      end
    end
  end)

  function addon:runthroughicons()
    local i = 1
    while _G["BuffButton"..i]
    do
      addon:checkgloss("BuffButton"..i,1)
      i = i + 1
    end

      addon:checkgloss("DebuffButton"..i,2)
      i = i + 1
    end
    i = 1
    while _G["TempEnchant"..i]
    do
      addon:checkgloss("TempEnchant"..i,3)
      i = i + 1
    end
  end

      m = floor(mod(time, 3600) / 60 + 1)
      text = format("%dm", m)

      text = format("%dh", hr)
    end
    return text
  end

  addon:RegisterEvent("UNIT_AURA");
  addon:RegisterEvent("PLAYER_ENTERING_WORLD");
edit: edited the code for 12 buff (default is 8), if you want more, change the value manually. "BUFFS_PER_ROW = 12"

I'm using the old CaithUI, but I think both versions use the same build of rBuff.

Someone in this thread told me the reason I have 9 buffs in the first row and only 8 buffs in the second/third row is because the first buff is a weapon buff causing row one to have more.

The fact of the matter is I will always be using that weapon buff so is there a way I can increase the amount of buffs allowed in the second and third row to 9 inside the .lua file? If anyone is good with that kind of stuff please let me know what I would have to type in.

Any chance you could upload your rbuff lua file(s)?

*edit*

It seems it does in fact not have any lua files in the saved variables.

I opened the lua in the addon itself and set the amount of buffs per row to 8 and not 30.

*edit edit edit*

That didnt seem to soolve the problem 100%. Yes, my buffs go to a new brow, but the space between the 2 rows are too big.

This image shows that I mean: http://imageshack.dk//viewimage.php?...e/xWB24428.jpg

According to your display I should get my 2nd row of buffs between the buffs displayed on the picture, and the red boxes (which is where my 2nd row currently is). Any ideas?
maybe the rBuff.lua contains "BUFFS_PER_ROW = X;" where X is a high number (20 or more?), opens the rBuff.lua in your addons/interfaces/rBuff and change the value to fit your needs (i use 12 with my rbuff.lua)

edit : You have found while I responded to your message.

My turn to ask you a question Caith, i tried to change the border texture of Afflicted icons in my UI but i fail. It's horrible with default icons.

Q.Q

any ideas?

@Star1814
wich heals are not shown. incoming? outgoing?
And if you think the font is wrong .. are you sure you have loaded my profil from parrot?

Am having issues with Parrot. It shows damage but not heals, which is ... really not helpful.

(Also don't think the fonts are right either.)

I've made sure i wasn't at full mana by changing my spec so i have 0 mana then almost instantly shows im back to full...which I can't be. I can upload a video if you need one.

Really confusing problem you have there. Does this also happen on twinks of you? And maybe the same problem with rage/energy on your twinks?

PitBull4 is much more designer friendly. I love it. Its way easier than PB3.
You just have to understand the new concept.

You can create different layouts, and then assign them to specific unitframes.
To change the look of your targetstarget-frame, you have to knew the layout wich it has assigned to it (layoutname targetstarget for obv reasons :P).

So you go to the layout editor and choose that layout.
There you can navigate through the tabs to powerbar. Just disable it and the powerbar will disappear (attention: if you have to layout 'targets target' assigned to other unitframes as well, the powerbar will disappear on them, too).

(I hope you understand my little explanations ._.)

@cosmicB
To get own buffs / debuffs on top of your player frame, just open the pitbullmenu -> layout editor -> choose player -> navigate to aura -> enable buff/enable debuff. To configurate them specificley, you should enable the configuration mode (top left corner of the menu) to 'Solo'.

To change rBuff, you have to edit the rBuff.lua in the interface -> addons folder. Open the lua, search for 'scale', and change to value (atm 1.30, IIRC).

I added yesterday the change log to:

--------------------------------------------------------

v.12.1

- Updated PitBull auracoloring (thanks to tukz!)
- Updated PitBull classcoloring (thanks to tukz!)
- Updated PitBull raidframe (slightly new design)
- Fixed some PitBull scale issues
- Fixed some PitBull dogtags
- Changed some fonts in parrot
- Fixed Quartz mirrorbar (fatigue, breath, ..)
- moved the players-pet actionbar to above the frame (see screenshot)
- doesn't include my config.wtf this time, because some people had problems with the high quality. just follow step 4 from the instructions.

--------------------------------------------------------

and with my instructions:

1. Unzip Caith UI v.12.rar to a new folder called CaithUI. Open my wtf-folder and change the folder names to your specific one (ACCOUNTNAME, Servername, Playername).

2. Go into your normal World of Warcraft directory. Backup there your interface and wtf folder. Then delete your interface folder. (Don't delete your wtf-folder!)

3. Copy & overwrite the folders wtf, interface and fonts from \CaithUI\ to your world of warcraft directory.

4. Go to your overwritten WTF-folder, open the config.wtf. Search for:
SET uiScale
SET useUiScale
... change those values to ...
SET uiScale "0.77999997138977"
SET useUiScale "1"
... if they weren't there, just add them. Save the config.wtf.

I absolutely love this UI. The only problem with most of the stunning UI's on this site, is that the authors will use the UI scaling feature in WoW. I run my resolution @ 1680x1050, and would love a way to use this exact layout, but without having to scale down the UI to fit everything in. Either that, or is there a way to keep the current layout, and just turn the font size up on EVERYTHING? Thanks for any info you have.
