What is this?
oUF_D3Orbs is a layout file for oUF and you need the oUF framework to run it.

News
New animation on the orbs since the m2 files aren't working anymore. I am now using rotating galaxies instead.

What does it?
- Unitframes
- Portraits

- Diablo Orbs (your player frame)
- Actionbar _background_ textures

How do I move units?
There is a frame position table in the config. Change x and y.

The fog is to bright can I make it "lighter"?
Yes, you can. Adjust the fog_smoother variable in the config.

Can I disable units?
Sure, this thing is a layout file and you can do anything here. Units will be "spawned". Just search for "spawn" in the lua file and comment out the units you don't want with a "--" at the beginning of the line.

Can I disable castbars?
Sure, find the CASTBAR calls and comment out the call. Do not edit the function, just comment out the function call.

I only want the orbs! Mimimi!
Use rBottomBarStyler.

Can I scale parts of the units?
There are some scaling variables in the config

My resolution is to small!
UI scaling will help you out there, go to the graphic settings in World of Warcraft and activate UI scaling.

You can set this mod up by opening the oUF_D3Orbs.lua with Notepad or some editor of your liking. All the major settings can be made at the config area.

I looked briefly, can anyone help me with code to make the targets cast bar about 50% smalled and moved down towards the target frame?

Arrow some stuff

hi, iv been using ouf_d3orbs from when it was a baby , anyway i have mine tweaked a fair ammount, target & tot buff/debuff positions, various size modfications, various text settings. its quite a pain for me to redo this after every release, so i was wondering, could an external config be added, like applyed after, given that what iv changed stays the same on continuing releases?. like say something simple like

local orbsize = 150

from the original lua

and in my external config

local orbsize = 200

edit; also wondering if its possible to change shaman classcolored orb to turqoise like it once was, (having mana and hp orb look the same sucks imo) if u dont know what turqouise is its aprox the color of the button for this post the arrow

yea on Xperl I was removing player frame and I had just created that toon as an image dummy but yea the player frames doesnt show on my real druid, mage, shaman, or warlock. I only use Xperl for the raid/party frames and the neat setup. I would use your unit frames just I like being able to change things around easily when I feel like it. I don't realy like LUA code they hurt my brain but yea thanks, I wasnt using rbottombarstyler cause I didnt think it has this skin but then I found it "/rbbs setart roth" also still love the addon it rocks

Target not mine

Is the target frame suppose to turn grey or something if the target is tagged by another player ?

With doing dailys and a lot of players tagging mobs. I cannot see if the mobbed is tagged already. Is there suppose te be a nameplate color change or something when the mob is tagged ?

scaling

Hello,

Great addon. I realy like the artwork.

I am trying to get your part to work with rBottomBarStyler (Diablo).
The reason i want to use this version of the orbs and artwork is because of the slash commands. Its keeps control of scaling and moving the frames.
Without have to use the blizzard ui scale slider wich scales the complete ui.

Is it possible to get the slash commands working or getting rBottomBarStyler (Diablo) to work with your unitframe setup ?

If you are experienced with coding a bit its quite easy.

Anchor a event on your player health orb to track the stance switch (maybe the same event as for druid shapeshift). When the event hits call a function that does the coloring.

I'm doing this for druid mana currently aswell. On shapeshift the mana orb gets recolored.

I was so excited to see that you were able to make the orbs colored based on class! My greedy side has popped up and was curious, is there a way I can make my health color change based on stance? For instance, when I am in Shadowform I would like to make it the purple color (like warlock) and when I don't have Shadowform active to keep it the white class color. I see you are able to do something along the same lines of that with mana.

Would it be as simple as adding just a few lines of code? Or would it require a hell of a lot more than that?

That is easy. You need to remove all unit spawns that you don't want. A unit that does not get spawn does not exist.

So find this and delete it or comment it out.

Im sorry for my question but is there a way to get only the Party Frame Design? Without the Orbs and the Castbars, Backskin with the trolls? I comment it out and i can disable the orbs, but if i want to kill the castbars, targettarget and the backskin it wont work.

ok Im trying to make the buttons in the 3 bar in the center bigger how do I do that I looked in oUF_D3Orbs & rActionBarStyler but I cant find where 2 mod?

Heya, I'm kinda new to this whole concept with AddOns, only played WoW for about 2 months. Although, I have played Diablo II, so therefore I fell in love with this UI.

However, I'm not so very good at things like this. So some help would be useful.

First prob, I have managed to guide myself through alot. So I have installed the AddOn. Now I'm online in the game, but I'm unable to use the Action Bars. I can't open a config or anything close to that.

Unable to do pretty much. Since I'm not good at this kinda stuff I got no idea what to do.

Anyone able to help me out at all? ~ Thanks in advance.

Just write your font and foldes correct. It's case sensitive aswell. I cannot help you here much. "Interface\\AddOns\\ADDONFOLDER\\fontname.ttf" ...
