7.2.1 IS NOT AN UPDATE!! I JUST DELETED SOME COPYRIGHTED STUFF: CHECK README.HTML!! AGAIN, THIS IS NO UPDATE!

not updating anymore since i stop playing. i let this compilation on wowi since some are using this or some .lua stuff from it. (even if i dont play anymore, if you plan to make a remake or something else: ASK ME BEFORE YOU PUT IT ONLINE!!)

you can find all my mods on obble's site now.

Again I will upload my UI, this time I will not include class specific mods (i.e. TotemTimers).

Most of the addons are only configurable per Lua, so if you don't know how to do it, you may want to learn it first or try another compilation. And to all of you who think they can handle such configuration style: make sure you look through most of the addons before you update them, 'cause most (maybe all, dunno) are modified. I will not help if you overwrite something and don't know how to get that back, sorry.

For UnitFrame questions go to my oUF_Lyn page (link below in the addon list).

Dear fellow Death Knights, if you need a fitting Rune Mod, use mine: Runica.

If you follow the install guide, you will have no problems.

General Information:

Resolution: 1680x1050
UI Scale: 0.75 (exact)
Multisampling: 2x

Installation:
  • Open the LynUI###.zip
  • Extract content of the LynUI folder inside your main WoW directory
  • Go into your WTF/Account folder and then change all coming folders from YOURACCOUNTNAME, YOURREALMNAME, YOURCHARACTERNAME.
  • Go into your WTF folder, open the config.wtf and change this lines
  • Start WoW, login to your character
  • Type /lyn inside the chat (for chat settings)
  • You may have to load profiles [Elliott, Khaz'goroth, DK, whatever profile ] (Dominos (/dominos), Satrina Buff Frames (/sbf options), ButtonFacade (/bf), maybe more, dunno)


AddOns:

Don't update addons if they work.

mostly everything is possible, when you know how to do it. as i said, i dont give support for customizing it. thats not the point.

Is it possible to add a gloss to the minimap similar to the normal version of rMinimap?

A simpler way to do this is to go:

Right click combat log tab
-> Settings
-> Combat
-> Settings
-> Rename the heading. Ex. Selbst to Self.

minimap is just reskinned, ergo its blizzard stuff.

and for chat stuff, dunno. wtf or chatter issue.

I am not using oChat, rather Chatter instead, but I would imagine this is a global WoW setting somewhere in the WTF files.

edit: also, for your calendar date display on the minimap, is there any way to make it display local time on mouseover, rather than server time?

sorry, malygos.

I would delete

self.Power:Hide()

from the pet section and add

self.Power:SetHeight(2)
self.Power.value:Hide()


to enable pet mana/energy. is this correct?

I use this to add a power bar to the pet bar, which at first glance is necessary to do malygos.

i never needed them in the sartharion fight, i think you mistake the encounter. and if you need them, add them yourself.

a suggestion: with energy in the sartharion fight becoming an issue, it might be useful to have power bars back on the pet uf.

Erstmal echt cooles UI Lyn..aber hätte eine Frage, hab überall gesucht aber find nix dazu, und zwar: Wie kann ich einstellen das die HP Anzeige auch bei 100% bleibt?
