    It's definitely far more complicated than that but I found a replacement add-on anyways.

    Did you name the files MONK.tga? It has to be exactly that I think.

    Monk Icon
    Hi there, I tried editing what you posted but it didn't fix anything.
    My understanding is that we need a Monk icon file or something in the ClassIcons & PortaitIcons folder.
    Is that difficult to do ourselves?

    UPDATE: I found a monk class icon image and converted it to the TGA format and made two sizes, one for the class icon and one for the portrait. I put them in the appropriate folders and edited the LUA file as you said but I couldn't get it to work unfortunately. Sorry but I'm just no good at these things I guess.

    Very easy to fix yourself. Open ClassIcons.lua:

    Replace GetNumPartyMembers with GetNumSubgroupMembers.

    I love this mod and have been using it for years, but the current updated version still doesn't work with 4.0.1. It causes massive intermittent fps drops and the one feature I love it for, that of making your portrait a class icon does not seem to work. I appreciate the effort to update it, but as it stands it appears to be broken.
