Discription

Think Tank UI is optimized for a high 1680×1050 16:10 widescreen
resolution (in addition there are no plans yet to offer other resolutions
– you simply have to scale it on your own) and a german localization.
It is also optimized for all tank classes, especially warrior tanks.

Thanks. I'll give that a shot, and see how well it does for me. I appreciate the informative reply.

By the way, I seem to be having a problem with it looking right at all. I followed the install instructions correctly, even used the /reflux switch thinktank... but this is how it looks, instead of like it should:

Am I missing something?

Whats the addon called concerning the gems.

minimap scale change:
open LnS_Minimap.lua in /Interface/AddOns/LnS_Minimap/
edit 0.85 in "local scl = 0.85" in 12. line

there are 2 mods related to gems:
first is ratingbuster. it calculates item comparison tooltops with a defined set of gems. /ratingbuster win
second is gemcounter which shows the amount of colored gems in your character panel. there shouldn't be translating problems.

the 2 green bars left to your player frame are a translation issue with raven. just disable the conditions with "Befehlsruf" und "Schlachtruf" or kick both out of your bargroup 'player proc'

sadly, the grey square below is a riddle i cant solve yet. it has to be raven, hermes, pitbull or bartender.

(i have done this before the first screenshot i post) Just cause i cba translating it to english. Im ducth myself using the english client. Yet some other questions: Can i change the scale of the minimap? Whats the addon called concerning the gems. It's german.. I either like to change the language or otherwise delete it. Below my "player" and above my "target" bar there is a grey square. What is this?

the grey square below your player frame looks like its coming from hermes. looks like the skills in the 'def cd' container in hermes doesn't show up properly. maybe a translation error. have a look.

the square above the target frame is odd. normaly there should be the targets target debuff frame, but you already move it above your targets target frame. there is also an issue with raven in the 'player proc' frame.you have a duration bar but no icons. i recommend to activate the raven config mode (/raven - scroll down - toggle config mode) and take a closer look at player procs and target debuffs. post a screenshot in config mode if you cant solve it on your own.

edit:
additionally i see that hermes doesn't pop up, even if you're in a group. activate hermes config mode via esc - interface - addons - hermes and have a look whats going on.

try using de.wowhead.com. copy paste the german spell name from my macro and then change the wowhead language into english. tada!

my warrior macros should be in thinktank_v4.2

my keybinds

movement: mid mouse button = heroic leap, ^ = charge/safeguard

When you are changing to 1920 it is the acb that is missplaces in the middle, u might have to moves Raven abit aswell. But not much config for 1920x1080p

nearly all frame addons have a config mode!

target/player/party/raid frames: /pitbull (config mode: drop down top left)
castbar: /acb (config mode: checkbutton bottom)
buffs/debuffs: /raven (config mode: button bottom)
raid cd's: hermes (via esc - interface - addons) (config mode: checkbutton top right)
bars/actionbuttom: /bartender (config mode: make them all visible)
meters: /skada config
boss mods: /bw (config mode: configuration - test)

But now in combat sometimes theres a bar between the player frame and the frame of the target.

i dont know which bar it is unless you post a screenshot of this misplaced one.

How do i move the rune bar?

/pitbull - layout editor - frame: player - indicators

thanks. actually i don't have a 1920*1080 resolution monitor. you have to config my UI for higher resolutions on your own. post screenshots of issues if you want some help.
