oUF_Slim is based on oUF_Nivea and updated to work with oUF 1.5+ for WoW patch 4.x+ / Cataclysm.

*** Do not use the standalone oUF_Smooth plugin while using this layout, aka remove it from your addon folder or disable it. It will mess up bar updates, otherwise. Thanks to Ke11ett for finding it out the hard way.


NOTE

Player buffs/debuffs are not part of the layout. Simple reason is blizzard going secure on them, which means you can't right click them off with oUF currently. This is oUF core related and has nothing to do with the layout. Therefore you have to use the default blizzard buffs or something like nivBuffs that replaces them with secure functions and thus still allows for buff cancel.

I suppose you are talking about the target frame. Anyway, you need to remove this code from Slim.lua in the target section...

It hides the unit name and shows the spell name, instead. Therefore both can be placed in the same spot.

You need to disable "Transparency Mode" and change the health color code in the layout file.

Only other mod I updated with yours is vlak cooldowns, I'll try disabling that mod and see what happens. The problem also started popping up with ouf Nivea, tried going back to that last night in a raid when slim was causin too many errors and it did the same thing. So it must be like you said. I'll narrow it down and post back.

E: Ya when I disable the new version of vlak cooldowns it works fine. Carry on

Might be a conflict with another addon. There where about 150 downloads since I updated and no one else is reporting that error. I hope we can figure that out.

Happens solo, I'll try wiping it all clean and reinstalling. Update you when I get the chance.

E: Just wiped and reinstalled, same error. Doesn't always happen when selecting other players, but ALWAYS when selecting npc's. I'll try wiping and reinstalling my other ouf mods too (yes I'm using your embedded smooth and not the other one)
