RaidPulloutOrganizer 1.2 by Kloo @ Malygos

Automatically arrange the standard Blizz raid pullout frames.
It will arrange them only while out of combat.

Commands:
/rpo 1-12 - Set max frames per column when running layout.

1.0 - Initial release. Testing the concept.
1.1 - Added commands that affect all pullouts.
1.2 - TOC bump for 3.1.
Changed anchor to be based on the whole screen instead of the standard player frame.
Removed buff/debuff toggle, this was causing issues.

what a pity that you have dismissed the feature to mass-toggle between debuffs and buffs. So I have to implement this routine in my AddOn (RaidFramesPlus). I have also referred to you and your AddOn for this Idea

I haven't tested this in BGs yet, but will do and see if I can sort the buffs issue out...

Also, making the top left frame be the anchor will be the default in the next version, that I hope to have time to finish tomorrow.
