Unzip Caith UI v.12.rar (1600x1200 ...) to a new folder called CaithUI. Open my wtf-folder and change the folder names to your specific ones (ACCOUNTNAME, Servername, Playername).
Go into your normal World of Warcraft directory. Backup there your interface and wtf folder. Then delete only your interface folder.
Copy & overwrite the folders wtf, interface and fonts from \CaithUI\ to your world of warcraft directory.
Go to your overwritten WTF-folder, open the config.wtf. Search for: SET uiScale SET useUiScale
... change those values to ... SET uiScale "0.77999997138977" SET useUiScale "1"
... if they weren't there, just add them. Save the config.wtf.
Ingame you have to do the following steps: /kgpanels config -> activate the layout 5:4 /afflicted ui -> load the profil 5:4 /classtimer -> load the profil 5:4 /pb -> load the profil 5:4 /bar -> load the profil 5:4 /parrot -> load the profil 5:4 /fubar -> load the profil 5:4 /quartz -> load the profil 5:4 /mapster -> load the profil caith ui /tiptac -> navigate to 'layout' -> click anchor -> move the anchor to your liking
simpleMinimap -> right mouseclick on minimap -> load the profil 5:4
Don't forget to type /rl if the loaded profil looks weird.
Please post comments, adjustments, errors and problems if you had tested it.

Im having the same problem, My "target" bar isn't showing the name,level or class of the player I have targeted, which makes it quite confusing when you're pvping. Any ideas on how to fix this? feels like ive tried everything

I have two problems :
1. Pitbull "Target" doesn't show the name of the creature / players.
2. When i target myself it laggs immense i permanently have like 1 FPS all the time when i target myself , when i target another player its fine O.o .
Hey, I've been using alot of addons and different UIs through my wow time, but never have I seen a better looking UI. Just did a few minor changes(personal preferences).
To the real problem... I just switched from Caith UI to Caith UI(4:3) since I have a pretty old computer with a small screen(this old friend still got it!), and I noticed that sometimes when I inspect someone I just get [Chest] if I try to see what chest he's wearing. This started to annoy me pretty fast since I like to see what gear the others in my raid/group/whatever is wearing. Also sometimes the spec are changing into a hunter survival spec when inspected.
Just thought I should mention it since I don't have time to try to fix the problem myself at the moment, and if anyone with similar experiences, or addon knowlede could try to help me out.
[EDIT] Turns out that it was "TipTack Talents" that screwed me over. If anyone have the same problem, try to disable TipTack Talents, then it probably will get back to normal.
I am not understanding what it means to load the profil 5:4. Is this in a seperate file or do I need to make my own? If i need to make my own how?

Let's say you download Pitbull. Before you start mix around with it you can create a new ''Profile'', so the settings you've done to Pitbull gets saved to that Profile. He have already done everything for you, that's why you have to load the Profile called 5:4 / Caith UI, so you don't have to do everything manually.
There is no profiles other than Default when I try to load any profile. Same with the all addons. There isn't any pre-made profile other than the Default one. Help plox..

So I know that I uploaded the UI correctly into the game because I usually dont have to write my name into the main screen with pw. So it asked me about the agreement for wow and stuff. So I am getting confused with the Ingame steps that i need to follow.

Hey Caith, I can't seem to find the 5:4 profiles to load with all the addons and so I get a big mess like you would any other jumble of addons when you first install them, do I create one called 5:4 then /rl or am I missing something...? Thanks for the help! I am currently getting really upset
Only had to do some minor tweaking to your original ui setup, seeing as my screen is a just a wee bit smaller. Such a nice/clean ui, I love it. Great job!

The only thing I can't figure out is how to permanently change the font to a higher setting, a lot of the text is too small to read. Other than that, good stuff!
