This month I'm checking out frame parenting for a couple addons, which might make the UI align for any resolution. For v07xx I'm basically cleaning up a lot of details that I've neglected, as well as trying a few things out to simplify the UI.

For your 1600 width, you'll need to reposition Stuf, StufRaid, Recount, Cascade, SBF, Xloot, and widen the two kgPanels and Prat chatframe.
already mucked around with it... but still.. it's not exactly pretty compared to what I started out with ^^ but I was a lil puzzled about why I have to move the sbf and xloot since they seem to be alright...
the 2 kgpanels doesn't need to be edited since I've hidden them (not a big fan of unnecessary gfx items on my monitor )

(tbh it's a horrible res you've chosen imo ^^ )

so I'm wondering... an easy way to remedy some of the slightly "off" when I'm running it at 1600x900 would be...? (ofc I can muck around with it myself, but still)

To make them wider, simply increase the width of the Left Full and Right Full panels via "/kgpanels config"

The grid lines are the addon, "GraphPaper" -you can set it to hide, I just include it to position the chat frame and minimap.
Thanks for replying so fast.

My resolution is lower, but I did what you said and it's all perfect now. Thank you.

xD sucks.. I can't get rid of the lines. Help me, please.

Btw, great work.

FYI, my account got hacked early this morning. Not say it was this addon pack however this UI is the only changed i've made in months. I don't DL anything, or go to any websites and I definetly didn't open any of those horridly fake emails.

Just saying, the only thing thats changed was this UI and 2 days later i'm hacked.

________________

Sorry that happened to you, but your account being hacked has nothing to do with this UI since WoWInterface scans everything uploaded to the site before making it publicly available to download. Blizz has a lot of info in the forums on ways to prevent being hacked if you want to check them out and possibly narrow down how it could have happened to you.
i have to say that i use this interface since the last year and i never had any problem with mi account, this UI is secure im sure because i use it.

if you got hacked im sure that was because you download another UI before or another addon. the only way to recover your accountt and items is sending a request to blizzard.

Good Luck

On your UIs current layout, off to the left there is a box that has the header Player________Target, can't for the life of me figure out what it is.. It's the mini scrolling combat text... I've tried using my "what is this addon" macro.. but it hasn't worked.
Glad you and Abusabus are enjoying it. The addon you're talking about is Cascade. It's basically my preference to the combat log which I use for a quick event history, which can be linked to chat if necessary.

v07xx I've had occasional comments disliking the font, why are you using a hud and unit frames, etc.. so I'm just using Helvetica, which I will not be distributing with the UI -instead I'll leave it as default, or choose a similar one. I didn't know that unit frames could be made to look like a hud, but I've played around and it's definitely possible and looks great (if you like huds). As always, I'm changing things around, if anything, maybe the UI gives you some ideas for your own.

I'll post new screens without that info. Those are Broker Currency and Auditor (more detailed tracking).

Good point, I removed these extra modules from the UI package and noted that other classes using the UI can get them from the Forte link. If I haven't configured it, there's no point in including it with the UI.

New version up, see change log for details, enjoy..

Aloft: I'm not sure what might be causing this for you, but I will see if I can recreate it before the next version. Is it possibly that you disabled some modules such as AloftGuild, AloftHealthText, AloftAlpha, etc?
well.. I hardly use macros at all.. hence why I wondered about the lack of a changing bar.. and being a combat rogue (no decent daggers for me yet since I'm a retired raider) then... ^^
