Neav UI  Updated this week!  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)

Version: 7.0.0
by: Neal, ballagarba

Neav UI
This UI compilation will work on all resolution.

I will not help with questions
Most of the addons in this compilation is only configurable via the supplied Lua config files (config.lua), so some basic programming knowledge is highly recommended but not required. A lot of the options are basically setting the value to either true or false depending on if you want to enable or disable the feature.

AddOns include
!Beautycase
!Colorz
nBuff
nChat
nCore
nMainbar
nMinimap
nPower (gone, but making a comeback)
nTooltip
oUF (by Haste)
oUF_Neav
oUF_NeavRaid

Tanks to Haste, kerrang, zork, Tuller, and many more for their great AddOns. And thomasjohnshannon/Grimsbain for making Neav UI compatible with Legion.

Information
A lot of the addons have a config.lua file where you can change some settings. So look first into this file before you ask something!

How can I move the player, target and focus frame?
Press Shift + Alt and drag with your left mouse button to move them. This only works outside of combat!

How can I move the Pet-, Stance- or Possessbar?
Press Shift + Alt and drag with your left mouse button on the first button of the Pet-, Stance- or Possessbar to move the them.

Commands
/neavreset to reset the position of the player, target and/or focus frame.
/neavrt to move the raid frames.
/wm, /worldmarkers, /rm or /raidmarkers to show world raid markers.
/rolecheck or /rcheck to do a role check.

The latest updates and changes can be found on Github.

v7.0.0

Huge props to thomasjohnshannon/Grimsbain who basically made all the work!

- nPower has been removed in favour for the new nameplate and resource options in Legion.
- nPlates has been removed. Too much work was required to make it compatible with Legion, and it didn't offer much functionality over the default nameplates. Might, or might not make a comeback in the future.
- nMainbar added a bar to toggle the bags.
- Item level has been removed nTooltip.
- The "disable fade" option has been removed from nTooltip.
- The custom drop down to move player/target/focus frame has been removed and replaced with the same mechanism used for the pet-/stancebar; i.e. press alt-shift and drag with your mouse. A new slash command has also been added to reset the frames (/neavreset).
- Misc bugs and fixes to make it compatible with Legion.

I want to change the raidframes "grid" so that when I target someone or click on a frame of any player in that raidframes it puts a white border around that player just like the normal Grid if you know what I mean.

i'll try to explain more, do you see it when someone gains aggro, where it writes 'AGGRO' at top of his frame & it puts a red border around his whole frame? yep thats the border i'm talking about, I want to remove that aggro border, and make it a my_target white border, but I want to leave the text 'AGGRO' at top.

Thanks in advance. sry for bad english.

Now I have a question

How's it possible NOT to see other druid's HoT's on raid frames? I tried everything I can think of but none of them solved the problem. Help me on that please. Thanks in advance.

I want to keep the target texture of health/mana but just remove the player frame unit texture, thanx in advance
Open ouf_neavconfig with notepad and edit this:

Code:
 player = {
            mouseoverText = true,
            position = {'TOPLEFT', UIParent, 34, -30},
just change true to false, and you're done.

which ouf_mov* is supported?

There are two versions of a move able frames module for OUF it seems.

Can someone confirm, which of these two are supported by NeavUI/ouf_neav ?

This:

or This:

Thanks!

            position = {'LEFT', UIParent, 'CENTER', 450, 0},
        },
Thanks for the input mate, but yea I do know that already, but what i meant was its better for me to change the position of the grid whilest being inside the game by hovering the mouse over it and moving it just manually just like Grid if you know what i mean...... I didn't like editing the config file over and over to fix the numbers, and then doing it again whenever I change raids. for example in 25man raid I like it in another position, in 10man raids i like it another position... etc and so on

sorry my english is bad, i hope you got what i meant, it was just simple as grid to mousehover the raidframe and move it while inside the game =)

____

another thing that I would like to point out and check if someone else experience the same problem as me, after using the packs of addon I've noticed some FPS drop, any particullar addon/reason behind this that has been discovered before? please share!

+ I'm not using any addon outside of the packs..

cheers guys, keep up the great work <3

hi Neav,

could you add to minimap lua code that defines addons memory font and font size?

Really nice interface, just one question about nTooltip. Is it possible to show the mana bar in addition to the health bar as well?
