Neav UI  Updated this week!  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)

Version: 7.0.3
by: Neal, ballagarba

Neav UI
This UI compilation will work on all resolution.

I will not help with questions
Most of the addons in this compilation is only configurable via the supplied Lua config files (config.lua), so some basic programming knowledge is highly recommended but not required. A lot of the options are basically setting the value to either true or false depending on if you want to enable or disable the feature.

AddOns include
!Beautycase
!Colorz
nBuff
nChat
nCore
nMainbar
nMinimap
nPlates (by thomasjohnshannon)
nPower
nTooltip
oUF (by Haste)
oUF_Neav
oUF_NeavRaid

Tanks to Haste, kerrang, zork, Tuller, and many more for their great AddOns. And thomasjohnshannon/Grimsbain for making Neav UI compatible with Legion.

Information
A lot of the addons have a config.lua file where you can change some settings. So look first into this file before you ask something!

How can I move the player, target and focus frame?
Press Shift + Alt and drag with your left mouse button to move them. This only works outside of combat!

How can I move the Pet-, Stance- or Possessbar?
Press Shift + Alt and drag with your left mouse button on the first button of the Pet-, Stance- or Possessbar to move the them.

Commands
/neavreset to reset the position of the player, target and/or focus frame.
/neavrt to move the raid frames.
/wm, /worldmarkers, /rm or /raidmarkers to show world raid markers.
/rolecheck or /rcheck to do a role check.

The latest updates and changes can be found on Github.

v7.0.3

- nPlates and nPower are back thanks to thomasjohnshannon.
- Added option to oUF_Neav to show target debuffs above the player frame.
- Added option to oUF_Neav to only show player buffs/debuffs on target.
- Added a slash command (`/neavbag`) to nMainbar to toggle the new bag bar.
- Made the arena and boss frame moveable by pressing shift-alt and dragging (outside of combat).
- The alert frame (where garrison missions etc. show up) has been moved to the top instead of the bottom.
- Party, arena and boss frames now movable while pressing alt-shift and dragging (outside of combat).

v7.0.0

Huge props to thomasjohnshannon/Grimsbain who basically made all the work!

- nPower has been removed in favour for the new nameplate and resource options in Legion.
- nPlates has been removed. Too much work was required to make it compatible with Legion, and it didn't offer much functionality over the default nameplates. Might, or might not make a comeback in the future.
- nMainbar added a bar to toggle the bags.
- Item level has been removed nTooltip.
- The "disable fade" option has been removed from nTooltip.
- The custom drop down to move player/target/focus frame has been removed and replaced with the same mechanism used for the pet-/stancebar; i.e. press alt-shift and drag with your mouse. A new slash command has also been added to reset the frames (/neavreset).
- Misc bugs and fixes to make it compatible with Legion.

nChat.lua - On line 124 (I believe, I've modded the file a bit myself), I made the following change to hide the Up, Down, and Bottom buttons:

Code:
    local buttonUp = _G['ChatFrame'..i..'ButtonFrameUpButton']
    buttonUp:SetAlpha(0)
    buttonUp:EnableMouse(false)

    local buttonDown = _G['ChatFrame'..i..'ButtonFrameDownButton']
    buttonDown:SetAlpha(0)
    buttonDown:EnableMouse(false)

    local buttonBottom = _G['ChatFrame'..i..'ButtonFrameBottomButton']
    buttonBottom:SetAlpha(0)
    buttonBottom:EnableMouse(false)
and added three lines just before lines 142 and 143 to get rid of the FriendsMicroButton (the button that says how many friends are online, and opens your friendslist onclick; looks like this (new lines 142 - 146):

Code:
FriendsMicroButton:SetAlpha(0)
FriendsMicroButton:EnableMouse(false)

ChatFrameMenuButton:SetAlpha(0)
ChatFrameMenuButton:EnableMouse(false)
Sorry if this was confusing and/or incomplete, I'm just trying to help out in this time of distress!

In nChat.lua replacing all instances of "ChatFrameEditBox" with "ChatFrame1EditBox" fixes a lot of the problems.

Also, lines 73 through 76, change

Code:
for i = 6, 8 do
    select(i, ChatFrame1EditBox:GetRegions()):SetTexture(nil)
end
to

Code:
for i = 6, 11 do
    select(i, ChatFrame1EditBox:GetRegions()):SetTexture(nil)
end
And that'll fix most of the problems. The nChat-skinned EditBox stays visible at 0.5 alpha, though, but it'll stop kicking errors and work just fine in every other way. Still working on the alpha thing, though.

You all have to wait a week, because in Europe the patch is not yet available. So I can't fix it yet.

Using some distinct fonts from your sample it looks quite clear:

Took a while to find but a small price for the great effort you've put into your UI.

Oh, and a sneak preview would be fun.

You need to change the following code for your class:

Code:
    if (select(2, UnitClass('player')) == 'DRUID') then
        CreateIndicators(self, unit)
    end
@Neav,

Ifd you're still unsure about the font, check out new message on wowace

The indicators (little squares on the raid frames) does not seem to work...
I tried with a lot of spells (BoL, HoF, some Warlock buffs) and tweaked some options but it won't show anything.
Even with the default version (unmodded), only editing the spell id's.
