Neav UI  Popular! (More than 5000 hits)

Version: 7.0.3
by: Neal, ballagarba

Neav UI
This UI compilation will work on all resolution.

I will not help with questions
Most of the addons in this compilation is only configurable via the supplied Lua config files (config.lua), so some basic programming knowledge is highly recommended but not required. A lot of the options are basically setting the value to either true or false depending on if you want to enable or disable the feature.

AddOns include
!Beautycase
!Colorz
nBuff
nChat
nCore
nMainbar
nMinimap
nPlates (by thomasjohnshannon)
nPower
nTooltip
oUF (by Haste)
oUF_Neav
oUF_NeavRaid

Tanks to Haste, kerrang, zork, Tuller, and many more for their great AddOns. And thomasjohnshannon/Grimsbain for making Neav UI compatible with Legion.

Information
A lot of the addons have a config.lua file where you can change some settings. So look first into this file before you ask something!

How can I move the player, target and focus frame?
Press Shift + Alt and drag with your left mouse button to move them. This only works outside of combat!

How can I move the Pet-, Stance- or Possessbar?
Press Shift + Alt and drag with your left mouse button on the first button of the Pet-, Stance- or Possessbar to move the them.

Commands
/neavreset to reset the position of the player, target and/or focus frame.
/neavrt to move the raid frames.
/wm, /worldmarkers, /rm or /raidmarkers to show world raid markers.
/rolecheck or /rcheck to do a role check.

The latest updates and changes can be found on Github.

v7.0.3

- nPlates and nPower are back thanks to thomasjohnshannon.
- Added option to oUF_Neav to show target debuffs above the player frame.
- Added option to oUF_Neav to only show player buffs/debuffs on target.
- Added a slash command (`/neavbag`) to nMainbar to toggle the new bag bar.
- Made the arena and boss frame moveable by pressing shift-alt and dragging (outside of combat).
- The alert frame (where garrison missions etc. show up) has been moved to the top instead of the bottom.
- Party, arena and boss frames now movable while pressing alt-shift and dragging (outside of combat).

v7.0.0

Huge props to thomasjohnshannon/Grimsbain who basically made all the work!

- nPower has been removed in favour for the new nameplate and resource options in Legion.
- nPlates has been removed. Too much work was required to make it compatible with Legion, and it didn't offer much functionality over the default nameplates. Might, or might not make a comeback in the future.
- nMainbar added a bar to toggle the bags.
- Item level has been removed nTooltip.
- The "disable fade" option has been removed from nTooltip.
- The custom drop down to move player/target/focus frame has been removed and replaced with the same mechanism used for the pet-/stancebar; i.e. press alt-shift and drag with your mouse. A new slash command has also been added to reset the frames (/neavreset).
- Misc bugs and fixes to make it compatible with Legion.

v. 6.2.0

This isn't a new problem, it's been around for a while but I'm not sure if this is a known issue or not.
I definitely have this problem. This is why I don't consolidate my buffs.

Also, when the buffs are consolidated, the debuff icons don't reposition properly below the non-consolidated buffs. This in addition to the other issue are the reasons why I don't use this feature right now either. But there are times during 25-man raids where the buffs can literally cover 25% of the screen so I can see how it can be usefull.

The consolidated window is better, at least for me (I run at 0.79 ui scale). I seem to have the best fit when I make a few tweaks to the nBuff.lua:

Code:
ConsolidatedBuffsContainer:SetScale(0.5)

ConsolidatedBuffsTooltip:SetScale(1.0)
This was tested with 11 consolidated buffs (about 3 rows). Not sure if there are any other lines that I can change. The good news is that the debuffs will reposition properly, which makes the feature usable now.

Anyone had luck skinning nBuff buttons using ButtonFacade textures? When I try, the textures appear too small in the button. Attempting this using ButtonFacade_Shadow.

Here is a shot from my 25-man raid tonight in the middle of the fight. The consolidation feature helps in this case because without it I'd have four rows of buffs taking up space on my screen.

As you can see the window and the buffs don't line up and/or scale perfectly so there's some minor spacing issues, but at least the buffs are contained. However, I suspect if the buff count were to ever go beyond 20, we'll start to see buffs spilling outside the frame again.

One more thing, that's been an issue for quite some time but I've always forgot to mention it.

When running Oculus and you have the dps dragon (amber?) and you use that channeling spell to increase damage the castbar works fine, except that you get the regular Blizzard castbar just above too.

I took a screenshot:

Yes, press and hold alt+shift and leftclick the left most button on your pet bar to drag it to wherever you want. Same goes for stance bar.

@Neav: Maybe this is something you should mention on the front page and not just on nMainbar's front page. And while we're at it, it's "compilation", not "complication"

Show Party Frames in Arena

How do I make it so it shows party frames in Arena? Preferably so it doesn't show raid frames as well.
