Since I want this addon to be as simple as possible, I don't think I can add support for these special pets. I might create another one for them if I'll have the time. cheers, mitch

Hi,

Due to a bug with the blizz API GetPetTimeRemaining(), I need to limit the time to some "moderately large" value, and since most temporary pets stay around for around 1 minute or so, I chose to limit to 9:59, so that the display could be more consistent. If you'd like to test Doomguard, just change the this line in PetTimeToLive.lua:

local MaxPtr = 10 * 60 * PtrScale

local MaxPtr = 30 * 60 * PtrScale

this will raise the time limit to 30 mins. If it works, I'll change the display formatting and this default, too.

I'm afraid that's not true anymore.
What you stated was what happened before 3.0.X
Now, the doomguard just does a percent damage (no longer kills the player) and comes already under control. It cannot break free and after 15 min it just despawns.

Besides, Enslave demon no longer suffers from Dimishing returns. It can be cast as many times as you wish
