Hello there!

This is a very simple, single-frame support addon for Mutilate Rogues. It behaves like Feral by Night, Face Mauler and Face Melter, and others - it displays in your screen a suggestion for what should be your next move in order to optimize DPS.

This is my first addon ever so there might be a lot of bugs. I made it as a project to learn Lua from start, so be nice

The addon will only work with deep assassination-specced level 80 Rogues (you need to have Hunger for Blood) and deep Combat-specced level 80 Rogues (experimental, you need to have Killing Spree).

You can call the slash functions with /lb, /lbl, /lblood and /lunarblood. These are the slash commands:

/lb default - Resets the frame to the default position.
/lb lock and /lb unlock - Allows you to move or lock the frame.
/lb transparency '0-1' - Will change the transparency of the frame. 0 is invisible, 1 is visible. Example: /lb transparency 0.5

- Updated to the new, simplified cycles that came to fruition with the changes in 3.3.x.

Version 0.1.4:

- Disabled Stealth and Vanish suggestions. They were causing more trouble than helping.
- Vanish now appears as an additional frame only for Mutilate Rogues. It will show when the cooldown is ready and will glow red when the addon thinks it's a good time to use.
- Fixed some major bug with the Mutilate Rotation. You should no longer have problem with the addon stuck at showing Stealth or Hunger for Blood.
- Updated to 3.2.2 (Envenom changes).

Version 0.1.3:
- Added a very basic Combat module. It requires you to be deep-combat specced (Killing Spree).
- Main frames can now be clicked through.
- Added some more functionality to the lock/unlock functions.

Version 0.1.2:
- Added a Cold Blood and a Tricks of the Trade frame.
- Added a Prediction frame to the right side. Still working to make it better.
- Fixed a bug where Garrote would not trigger Hunger for Blood correctly.
- Minor editions in the Mutilate Priority List.

i cant seem to get the unlock to make it movable and its trapped behind my unit frames in its default placing.

Sounds weird, it's working here. Did you try moving the center frame? It will only work if you move the main frame.

I'll take a look at it.

ok i got it to move by dragging a blank part of the screen where i would assume the icons will show, i was dragging the trick and cold blood icons as those are the only ones that show.

Just found the time to test it on my rouge.
One odd thing I noticed is that you don't suggest that you go in stealth if you're not in combat but targeting a mob.
It shows the icons on dead targets and non pvp enabled enemies and it's not 'click through' so you can't target or move the screen at that point.
A more cosmetic point is buttonfacade support to change the look but that's not important.
I was a bit confused as the shown rotation was garrote->rupture is that really the best opening? I know garrote for the bleed effect for hfb but a 1 point rupture?
Another point is viability versus the target in both combat time and dps. A full rotation is pretty much useless against a standard lvl 80 mob with 12,6k health that dies within 5 sec even in my blues and starter epics. So maybe a sub rotation (e.g. Ambush -> Mut -> Env) or a target check might be useful (just boss mobs or mobs with more than x health).
But it's pretty nice to have some aid as a rogue.

One odd thing I noticed is that you don't suggest that you go in stealth if you're not in combat but targeting a mob.
I'll see if I can implement this, but it's currently not one of my priorities. Still, thanks for pointing out.

I agree, I intend to implement this, but it will PROBABLY not be in the next build.

Question possible to turn off while Pvping?

I would love to use this but find it a bother to have to turn it off whenever I want to jump into a battle ground.

Would it be possible to have it automatically not turn on while using a pvp spec, or pvp flagged or something? or better still have it setup to offer suggestions specifically for pvp

Keep up the good work, the addon is an awesome idea :-)

Doesnt work well in 3.2.2 the new patch today.

It kept telling me slice of dice over and again untl a error pop out off no where

Please update it =/

another rotation problem with this addon is that it does not pop up quick enough suggest me to refresh my slice and dice using envemon . Also when my stealth is cooldown , it just pop vanish or stealth everytime non stop.

If i have vanish ready , i casted vanish and it told me to cast garrote instead the previous spell it told me to.

I just updated for 3.2.2 and fixed some bugs I saw. I am not sure what else I have to fix, so I'll need a more detailed bug report.

The addon does work for Combat. However it's far from optimal. I need feedback on it since I don't play as a Combat Rogue (My main is actually a Druid).

its working for combat but the last few rotations are buggy and wrong some how... i already have slice and dice 20 secs and it keep popping out SnD again and again.
