  • Blizzard Maintank based maintank lists with custom sorting
  • Promoting to raid assistant based on guild rank, a list of names or just everyone
  • Intelligent ready check window that will display a divider bar between groups 2 and 3 or 5 and 6 based on raid target settings
  • Loot settings based on party or raid
  • Works in party for ready checks, checks and cooldowns

pitbull4 issue, or rather oRA2 + oRA3 + Pitbull4 where pitbull gives ora2 preference over ora3.

Hello there,

I am very much liking the cooldown monitor from the addon.

However, it looks like for some reason, Rebirth will not show up on my monitor. Is there a requirement to have this addon installed by those who cast the spell in order to track the cooldown, or are my addons interfering with eachother somehow?

1. Some people couldn't configure oRA at all because the windows for the configuration were blank. I had this issue, too, but couldn't reproduce it. Sometimes it's blank, sometimes it isn't.
A Screenshot of it: http://img233.imageshack.us/i/ora3.jpg/

2. No easy way to disable cooldown display. Even if you disable the cooldown monitor, the bars still show. And for first configuration, they are in the middle of the screen and to move them you first have to get to the options, enable cooldown monitor, move them away. Also to disable the cooldown display you have to go through all classes and disable the single buffs. It would be great if there was one simple switch to disable the display as most of the raid isn't interested in it.

Apart form that it was really great, as a healer I just miss the resurrection monitor .

PS: Is it better to report bugs here or in the Wowace forum?
That empty config is weird. Must be something with AceGUI.

The bars shouldn't show when the config monitor isn't shown. Guess that's a bug.

I don't mind where you report bugs.

I just explained why. Why would an author want to write a module for frames, if there are people that make unitframe AddOns. The maintank frames should not be in a raid addon, from a logical point of view.

Wich unitframe AddOn are you using?

The reason I think oRA3 no longer has MT frames is because the user him or herself should have the ability to choose the frame style. With so many unitframe AddOns, it should be easy enough to add your own style for them. Or unitframe authors could add the style for them for you.

Pitbull, STUF and SUF can all make unitframe headers for the maintank and maintanktargets group, iirc. I'm not sure about xPerl.
EDIT:Correcting myself, these have support for blizzard maintanks, but not yet for oRA3 sorting.

The way oRA3 is handling maintank frames is just sorting the list (or at least, I think that is what the module is doing)

So imo, oRA2 maintank frames are useless, as you can barely design your own style(except from bar texture, width and height, iirc).
