so, as you can see from that post, he is rather busy atm, but if we are willing to wait a bit, he will have a new, better mod for us soon.

in the meantime, we should help him in whatever ways we can, be that by helping test his new mod, or (for those of us who can do LUA coding) by helping write the code (if he gives the go-ahead for that, but i'd assume he would have to approve each person to help with that individually), or maybe even by giving him a donation.

there are probably other ways that we might be able to help him, but i can't think of any atm.

Hello Macarooners of helpfullness.

I deleted the XP bar on my main (80 priest) a while ago, and now can't get it back.
I've disabled all addons except Macaroon & Macaroon Status Bars.
When I type '/mac create' I see only bar and sb listed as options.

If I type '/mac create XP' I just get the usage information again, and there is no XP bar visible or in the Bar Editor bar list.

The XP bar appeared by default on my new gobbo alt, but it also only shows bar and sb when I type '/mac create'. As expected, 'XP Bar Group' does show up in the Bar Editor bar list.

Not sure if it's relevant - my main gets the following error at login time (but not the gobbo):

Dwargh this worked great. Thanks so much for passing the info. I got one more question. Is it possible for me to switch the XP bar to the first button and the casting bar to the 2nd? I havent fooled around too much in the edit button screen so I will do that when I play next.

First see if you have a statusbar group in the list of bars in the bar edit gui.
If you do, select it and go
/mac x 0
/mac y 0

But if there is none, you can either click create bar and choose statusbar group or go
/mac create sb

Hi there, I installed the status bars update and everything was working fine. I noticed that my saved profile were a bit broken so I fixed them and resaved them. I cannot see the status bars anymore. Are there instructions on how to actually create a new status bar?

Thank you, I found it. Is it still possible to have the one bar display both xp and faction , switching as I click? I can't seem to set that up and would rather not make space for a second bar.

Until quite recently we could click on the xp bar to select between a number of modes including normal xp, rested, faction , etc. At the moment that seems not to happen, and only the base xp displays. Is this intended?

Is there a way to stretch a button by length, or thicken a bars girth, without scaline the size of the full button, for example with the xp bars, I'd like to have it traditionally, thin and aloge the full with of my UI, but with scaling I can't
