    I didn't create this module, deadca7 did but decided to discontinue it. I made some modifications to it:

    - Icy touch first instead of Plague strike because usually you are running up to the target.
    - Check runes when using Icy Touch and Plague Strike
    - Prioritize Scourge Strike when already have desolation buff
    - Prioritize Blood Strike when we don't have desolation buff

    Will prioritize Scourge Strike if both blood runes are death runes and are ready even if no desolation buff.
    Removed horn of winter, wasn't working well with some strength of earth totems

    Something I have noticed while respeccing to 3/3 Reaping with 2pt10, is that it doesn't use the Death Runes.

    Seems as if you miss-arranged the Death Runes to be used as Blood Strikes, instead of Scourge Strikes?
    That's what I noticed, at least, since when Death Runes are up, it continues using BS, and I honestly don't know much coding to do it myself.
    I just end up messing everything up

    It depends.

    If you're expecting multiple targets, recommended glyphs are:

    Death and Decay
    Icy Touch
    Disease (which is the one you guys actually mean when you're saying Glyph of Pestilence).


    For single target (which is all Faceroller is capable of handling) it's:

    Icy Touch
    Ghoul
    Dark Death

    Any chance it can be set up to suggest you use pestilence to refresh your diseases instead of going IT/PS again?

    It'd have to take into consideration:
    1 - Glyphed for it (which all UH DK's should);
