These are some shaded skins I created for various UIs. Each skin except for Fade has a Light version.

All colors and gloss opacity can be further customized via Masque's GUI.
Masque: Renaitre v5.3 is best used with Masque 5.3.394 or newer.

Fans of the "Fade" skin should check out Sexymap for the "Faded Square by Renaitre" preset.
Also check out SharedMedia: Renaitre for bar textures, borders, and chat bubbles which complement these skins.

Greetings!
I have issue about using this addon. And I would appreciate some help / tips.
I want to change my action bars, I downloaded ButtonFacade, then I downloaded ButtonFacade: Renaitre. But unfortunately my bars didn`t change!
Well I can see the addon from Interface options, and I can change styles but after that they just don`t change.!
Thanks!

Thank you for the report. The current skins were designed with alpha versions of ButtonFacade in preparation for the changes StormFX was making. If you download the current alpha of ButtonFacade 4.0.344, you will see the proper positioning until StormFX updates the main addon.

I will note this on the mainpage.

I don't think this is one of my projects. I have messed around with rectangle and oval skins but distorting the spell icons just didn't appeal to me at the time.

----

Version 4.0.3a is available and sees the following changes..
-recode all skins to comply with and take advantage of the new LBF_Version data table
-revised all textures for Beveled, Rounded, Square, Square Thin
-changed Gloss texture
-all skins are dark by default with added "Light" versions
-added Fade skin for testing

The Fade skin is included as a beta and I'd appreciate feedback on this new skin as well as any of the existing ones.

As always, enjoy..

The current version is from Oct 12th. My previous post was about what to expect in the next version.

Currently the skins are white, fading to black on the bottom ("light"). If you are having issues with SBF 3, a screenshot could help me troubleshoot with you. Personally I have no issues with the skins and SBF 3, Bartender 4, Stuf, and Aura Frames. I have not tested the skins with SBF 3.2beta though, and it's possible that Satrina has changed the way BFC skins are being interpreted.

----

The next version of the skins has been recoded to follow StormFX's newly implemented "LBF Version" data table (skins not following this coding are supposed to break with Cataclysm). I plan to have this uploaded for the weekend which includes a new skin for you all to try out.

For version 4.0.3, I'll be re-adding the dark versions of the skins due to the amount of requests I've been getting. I've seen some UIs recolor the borders, so the existing skins will remain as is with the light state(color wise)., though I have included the options of Dark variations.

In addition, I've been generally recreating my UI and have created another skin to go along with it. Here is a screenshot of the buttons with a larger bar enabled to better show the detail (tentatively called "Fade" shown with 40% gloss).

EDIT: Another faded border image is available in the comments page for the DHUD3 project I am working on with Arcanefoam ..the green faded border indicates range which changes color according to distance from target.

Thanks, I'm glad you like them.

The skins are designed to have a darker, shaded feel, but gradually I've been making them a bit lighter by default specifically for different buff/debuff coloring. While here on WoWI, I'm asked to make them lighter and on Curse i'm asked to make them darker again, I'm stuck trying to find a middle ground.

Since I've been changing the code a bit with the changes to ButtonFacade's handling of layers, I think for the next version I will make two versions of each skin.. one light and one dark (like I had in the beginning).

Note to UI Authors: I've seen these skins being used in many WoWI UIs lately and would like to put links to your UIs on the frontpage. If you use the skins, please leave a comment or send a pm with a link to be included.
