New Installation / Revision Update

You won't need to rename any folders.
Installation is a simple 1-click install process.

New Installation Procedure:

Step 1: Move your current WTF and Interface folders to a backup folder.

Step 2: Copy RealUI's Interface folder to your World of Warcraft folder.

Revision (r#) Update Procedure:

Step 1: Copy RealUI's Interface folder to your World of Warcraft folder.

Note 1: Make sure to overwrite all existing files and folders.
Note 2: You won't lose any of your settings when updating RealUI.
Note 3: Visit the Change Log to find out which addons have been modified.

FAQ

Q: How do I change a particular setting in the UI?
A: A lot of UI elements are created via RealUI. To access these options, go to the Game Menu button (bottom left of screen) and click Options.
Other settings can be adjusted through individual AddOns options, usually found in the Interface options > AddOns tab.

Q: Action Bars / Grid / another addon keeps on resetting it's position after I move it, what's up?
A: The HuD Config utility found on the Game Menu button (bottom left of screen) allows you to reposition a lot of the UI elements.
To manually position an AddOn, go to the Game Menu button, click AddOn Control, then untick Pos on the AddOn you're trying to move.

Q: Nameplate font size keeps resetting after I change it, what's up?
A: Go to the Game Menu button (bottom left of screen), click AddOn Control, then untick Style on KuiNameplates.

Apparently I was tracking an achievement and that was causing the watch frame to show up randomly. Thanks you for your time and an awesome UI

Tbh, i dont know, i havnt tried playing without it at all. Plaing without addons doesnt seem like a fun thing to do

After disableling the addons it seems like i dont have the problmes anymore. So i presume go and delete all and try installing them again?

What part of the HUD? Just the Castbars/Aura Timers/Aura Stacks would be IceHUD and nibPointDisplay.

Ok, that's what it was. I just didn't understand what clilque was and how it worked. I think a long time ago, trying to look at it, i went into it and left clicked on Runeforge. I never realized all you had to do was mouse over what you wanted and press any key. You not only fixed my problem but also inadvertantly taught me how to use clique at the same time. Thanks

Hmm, certainly not intended. Might be worth checking out your Clique settings (it's a tab on the Spellbook) to see if Runeforging's been assigned somehow. Other than that, it might be a Grid bug.

just a heads up, i got an error again last night after using r5 what skada needed to be disabled to use the world markers via your dot interface menu....tho i'm willing to bet even if i used OPiE, i still would have gotten the error.

the fix of just reloading my ui via /reload ui made it work again

Well they fade when you are out of combat, and if you want to acces them fast, just press "ctrl" and they will pop out of hiding

I know I'm not the creator but I thought this might help, there are two action bars on the right side next to the quest log - they only appear when you put your mouse over them.

I use these for professions, mounts, pets and spells like power of fortitude, molten armor etc. Things you would like to be handy but don't need in combat or showing all the time
