Chatter being replaced with PhanxChat - be sure to delete the Chatter folder when updating RealUI

New Option: Reverse UF Bars - make health/power bars act like the default UI (ie. bars empty as you lose health)

Installation / Updates

You won't need to rename any folders.
Installation is a simple 1-click install process.

New Installation / Minor (8.#) Update Procedure:
Step 1: Move your current WTF and Interface folders to a backup folder.

If you are updating, moving the WTF folder is not needed.

Step 2: Copy RealUI's Interface folder to your World of Warcraft folder.

You won't lose any of your settings when updating RealUI.
Visit the Change Log to find out what has changed.

Revision (r#) Update Procedure:
Step 1: Copy RealUI's Interface folder to your World of Warcraft folder.

Make sure to overwrite all existing files and folders.
You won't lose any of your settings when updating RealUI.
Visit the Change Log to find out which addons have been modified.

General
Many "under the hood" updates for Warlords of Draenor.
DBM bar positions are now controled by RealUI. (You can go to /real -> Settings -> Addon Control to disable this.)
UI scale options are now accessable from the Blizz video options.
You can now use /cpuProfiling to see RealUI's current CPU usage.

AddOns
cargBags_Nivaya now supports the new Reagent Bank.
Add support for 20 and 30 person layouts for flex raids.

Unit Frames
Added Arena Frames (Limited testing)
Add totem bar under player frame

Modules
The Rare notifier will now only play a sound if at least 20 seconds has past.
The World Boss tracker will now only list defeated bosses.
Honor and Conquest are no longer explisitly listed in the currency tracker.
AddonListAdv enhances the new AddonList with saveable addon profiles that you can easily swap between.
The Stat Display has been update for the new stats, and will now only list relevant stats for your class. (e.g. A priest won't see Bonus Armor.)

Yeah, just got another report of bad FPS during raids.

They report it's alright in 5 mans, a little bad in 10 mans, and bad in 25 mans.

This could be indicative of either a problem that's directly affected by the amount of activity happening around you (i.e Grid trying to update 25 player's information), or of something that's indirectly involved (i.e a bug causing high CPU usage, which only becomes noticeable when you you're involved in intense fights).

How good is your PC? I'm wondering if it's just more noticeable for people with low end systems, or if it's a problem only affecting a small number of people.

Have you disabled any addons and still had the problem? Wondering which addons we can rule out.

Perhaps installing an addon to monitor addon cpu usage would give us a clue. (such as Addon Profiler)

I hate to damper again, but no matter what I do, I'm still lagging in Raids with the new version.

I'm guessing it might be something with Pitbull4 for me at this point. I can't seem to point anything else out of the ordinary.

Oh well. It's amazing outside that, though!

I probably already posted a thank you before, but I wanted to say thanks again. This UI is very clean, and functional for all of my toons.
Very nice. I love the fact that it doesn't use hardly any system resources or ram to get its' job done either. I'm an old school player from vanilla days and seen lots of these UI's and this one is very well done. MazzleUI who? The last time I was this happy with a UI was when MazzleUI was still being maintained.

Hello Nibelheim, thanks for the great addon.

This is a question concerning the recent change to Improved Soul Fire in 4.0.6. I don't see the buff popping up anywhere (either on the DoT timers, the HUD, or the top right buff corner) so I was wondering if there's a way for the interface to track it somewhere. It's pretty important to a warlock's DPS to keep that buff up as close to 100% as possible.

Problem with demo videos is they really have to be taken with the default RealUI pacakge without any modifications. Plus, I think you're the first person I've seen who uses Error Speech

There are plans, but it'll likely be in the 1-month restructuring period coming up.
