Clean installation required!
Move your old Interface and WTF folders to a Backup folder before installing.


Beta Note:

RealUI 8 is currently in Beta.
It works, however, some features are still under construction and it needs user testing before any potential bugs can be ironed out.
Only download if you're willing to use a potentially buggy, incomplete UI.




You won't need to rename any folders.
Installation is a simple 1-click install process.

New Installation Procedure:
Step 1: Move your current WTF and Interface folders to a backup folder.
Step 2: Copy RealUI's Interface folder to your World of Warcraft folder.

Revision (r#) Update Procedure:
Step 1: Copy RealUI's Interface folder to your World of Warcraft folder.

Make sure to overwrite all existing files and folders.
You won't lose any of your settings when updating RealUI.
Visit the Change Log to find out which addons have been modified.

To change text location or to reverse the direction of the bars: /realui > Advanced > Advanced Settings > HuD > Cast Bars

Adjust how many bars to display at the Center and on the Bottom of the screen
Adjust location of Mouse-Over action bars
Adjust padding and number of buttons for all action bars

Is anyone having trouble with patching to 065? I exited and reentered the game, but no patch dialog. Tried /realuipatch 065 but it's giving me an invalid patch ID.

Unstable Affliction is an Affliction talent so the other 2 cannot cast it.

Immolate is ignored by Affliction, so they *can* cast it but really don't.

Corruption is cast by all 3 specs.

When Dark Evangelism and Shadow Orbs start to stack it feels a little cluttered.
Is there any way they could be on 2 separate lines.

Okay, here's what I got, now let's see if i can format it readably.

Affliction:
  • Need to track
    • Corruption
    • Unstable Affliction
    • Bane of Agony
  • Need to be aware of
    • Curse of the Elements
    • Shadow and Flame
    • Haunt
    • Improved Soul Fire (self-buff)

Demonology:
  • Need to track
    • Immolate
    • Corruption
    • Bane of Doom
  • Need to be aware of
    • Curse of the Elements
    • Shadow and Flame
    • Improved Soul Fire (self-buff)


Destruction:
  • Need to track
    • Immolate
    • Corruption
    • Bane of Doom
  • Need to be aware of
    • Curse of the Elements
    • Shadow and Flame
    • Improved Soul Fire (self-buff)

The "need to be aware of" portions are identical across all three specs with Affliction having an additional DoT in Haunt.

Each spec will have a "Bane" spell to cast, Agony for Affliction and Doom for Demo and Destro. You can only have one Bane ability on the target at a time (per warlock), so it's an either/or ability and you will never need to track both at the same time.

All three specs use Corruption while Affliction uses Unstable Affliction instead of Immolate.

I see, I see. I don't have anything included atm to differentiate between different specs, so in order to include any new class tracking it'd have to be usable and useful between all 3 Warlock specs. Don't suppose you're up to date on Destro/Demo? :P

It'd just mimic the problem in a different location. Also, most bosses are so tall that you can't even see their nameplate because their head is quite possibly off screen.

So, it is still important to see all 6 of these debuffs, but only 3 of them truly need to be kept track of.

Keeping track of multiple targets is really just a bonus, not something that I, personally, really require. I do a fairly decent job of tabbing through my targets manually to see where a DoT needs to be refreshed.

Does that help answer your questions?
I believe there's an option to show your debuffs on targets ontop of Tidy Plates. Would that not help to solve your problem?
