Installation / Updates

You won't need to rename any folders.
Installation is a simple 1-click install process.

New Installation / Minor (8.#) Update Procedure:
Step 1: Move your current WTF and Interface folders to a backup folder.

If you are updating, moving the WTF folder is not needed.

Step 2: Copy RealUI's Interface folder to your World of Warcraft folder.

You won't lose any of your settings when updating RealUI.
Visit the Change Log to find out what has changed.

Revision (r#) Update Procedure:
Step 1: Copy RealUI's Interface folder to your World of Warcraft folder.

Make sure to overwrite all existing files and folders.
You won't lose any of your settings when updating RealUI.
Visit the Change Log to find out which addons have been modified.

General
Many "under the hood" updates for Warlords of Draenor.
DBM bar positions are now controled by RealUI. (You can go to /real -> Settings -> Addon Control to disable this.)
UI scale options are now accessable from the Blizz video options.
You can now use /cpuProfiling to see RealUI's current CPU usage.

AddOns
cargBags_Nivaya now supports the new Reagent Bank.
Add support for 20 and 30 person layouts for flex raids.

Unit Frames
Added Arena Frames (Limited testing)
Add totem bar under player frame

Modules
The Rare notifier will now only play a sound if at least 20 seconds has past.
The World Boss tracker will now only list defeated bosses.
Honor and Conquest are no longer explisitly listed in the currency tracker.
AddonListAdv enhances the new AddonList with saveable addon profiles that you can easily swap between.
The Stat Display has been update for the new stats, and will now only list relevant stats for your class. (e.g. A priest won't see Bonus Armor.)

The very simple answer is to re-do your installation from a fresh download -- a single addon issue would probably be a copying error if it's not user error. If that wrecks work you've put into customization, try /grid config and play around with it till it's doing something you like.

Most likely; Grid isn't installed / not enabled / having problems. Grid handles raid frames so has to be an addon problem.

So the new SBF allows you to set a buff frame as "interactive", so you can dismiss buffs but lose some functionality. Were I to download said new SBF (it doesn't appear to be on RealUI yet), could I set up another bar which allows me to do so without royally messing up the rest of the buffs?

i use your addon which is very good ^^ , but there is a problem i can't see the raid group down the action bar, i want to know why

Yeah, limitation of the system. It may take a little bit of time, but your mind will eventually become accustomed and begin to automatically click around the frames. It simply has to memorize where they are

It's one of the disadvantages to both designing a UI and using it, you lose track of what new people experience when first picking up the UI.

On another tack, I notice a number of your mods in this UI are available standalone. Any chance you can release nibMiniMap that way. The '+' button to hide the map is a stroke of genius.

Hmm, I haven't released it because I'm not really happy with it It lacks options, and is just too inefficient in space usage. Perhaps when I do my complete Minimap overhaul with 0.7 (quite a ways away).

Goodness gracious, great balls of Fulmination! They represent each Lightning Shield stack you have above 3.

Hi nib, i have another question... i'm on a shaman and there are those balls appearing on my screen when i have lightning shield on, I was wondering what they represent? I'm a little confused as to this being my only UI and my first few characters x)

Hmm, shouldn't have to set it up. Is nibPointDisplay installed? If so, might have to copy the SavedVariable for it from the download again and re-set it's profile to RealUI.
