New Installation / Revision Update

You won't need to rename any folders.
Installation is a simple 1-click install process.

New Installation Procedure:

Step 1: Move your current WTF and Interface folders to a backup folder.

Step 2: Copy RealUI's Interface folder to your World of Warcraft folder.

Revision (r#) Update Procedure:

Step 1: Copy RealUI's Interface folder to your World of Warcraft folder.

Note 1: Make sure to overwrite all existing files and folders.
Note 2: You won't lose any of your settings when updating RealUI.
Note 3: Visit the Change Log to find out which addons have been modified.

FAQ

Q: How do I change a particular setting in the UI?
A: A lot of UI elements are created via RealUI. To access these options, go to the Game Menu button (bottom left of screen) and click Options.
Other settings can be adjusted through individual AddOns options, usually found in the Interface options > AddOns tab.

Q: Action Bars / Grid / another addon keeps on resetting it's position after I move it, what's up?
A: The HuD Config utility found on the Game Menu button (bottom left of screen) allows you to reposition a lot of the UI elements.
To manually position an AddOn, go to the Game Menu button, click AddOn Control, then untick Pos on the AddOn you're trying to move.

Q: Nameplate font size keeps resetting after I change it, what's up?
A: Go to the Game Menu button (bottom left of screen), click AddOn Control, then untick Style on KuiNameplates.

Edit: I have always shrunk my UI to the smallest possible allowance in the UI so that everything scales down together. I find a lot of the bars, alerts, icons etc to cover more of my screen then I'm comfortable with. I love the new look and all, but the very faded and sometimes ultra tiny text and frames/bars of the v6 setup was awesome. Any chance we could see a universal scaling option again? If the Raid Size is set to 10-man, then Grid will only show 2 groups. It should show 5 groups once the Raid Size is set to 25-man.

I've actually removed Aurora's skinning of Tooltips, so that shouldn't be the case. I shall check.

sorry had raid ^.^ Yes the outline was especially bugging me as it was sometimes hard to read.
Also is it possible to skin the tooltip the same way the guild/friend/currency menus? I am positive that it's Aurora which is making the tooltip transparent, as it is using blizzard textures, can I bypass it somehow?

Thanks for fast reply I found out the name of the frame, it is "WhisperWhisper_mainFrame" there might be a problem tho, the frame width is dependant on the person who last whispered you, as it gets huge when someone whispers you from a different realm or RealID. As for the Chat Bubbles I have used BubbleBobble before, it had an option for scaling in the file itself, you might want to look to that. Is there a config which would define default blizz bubble scale then?

As of Right now, they are just too big (22" screen) And second question, do you think it would be possible to anchor WhisperWhisper to the info line under the chat? (It only looks bad when I track xp instead of rep, or track VP, basically when the line stretches.) I woul like it to always be few pixels away from the rep tracker. Like here.

For PvP, I'll be adding greater Target Buff display on targets in PvP scenarios while out-of-combat. This will allow you to see your target's full range of buffs until you enter combat, when you'll then be given the display of important buffs only. Would this satisfy your needs?

oh, I did not now that this very thin "line" above my bar is the hp bar of my pet :O I do not notice it at all because its to small, especiall if there is a lot going on...

(I thought its a swing timer or something haha

It could be just me but I would love to see a bigger hp bar of my pet or replace the existent pet/vehicle indicator-"button" into a vertical hp bar in the same size and looks as it is right now (that would be cool

) - it would have the style of a battery

About the buff's target, yea mate that would help a lot in PvP but it would be even better to have the option to let us always see the full range of buffs of the target as it is in an usual UI environment. I like the idea you've mentioned, to see the full range of buffs only out of combat to keep it clean in fight while transperent out of combat but its even better to have the option of both (or "three", as right now you'll only see selfbuffs).
