New Patching method

Just implemented a new patching method. No more manually setting addon profiles upon patching!

Looks like you missed something in the Patching process.

Did you delete the nibPointDisplayRUI folder?
Copy in all the SavedVariables from the Patch SVs folder?
Run "/realuipatch 062"?

I tried the /realuipatch 062 command, and it didn't work for me. I had to change it manually.

I can write it, but when I hit enter nothing happens. The line doesn't process, it just stays in the chat box.

If you type: "/buggrabber 1" after trying the patch command, do you get any errors appear in the chat window?

Thumbs up RealUI = Rockin'

Nib, dude. Holy crap.

I've been downloading mods ever since CTmod started up back in the day. I'm no programmer, but I've checked out hundreds of mods over the years. I've cobbled together a lot of UIs for my own use, given a lot of mod advice, but never until now have I found someone else's UI to be better than the ones I made for myself.

I've been using RealUI since the 4.0.1 patch dropped. My computer died and I didn't have the chance to back up my old mods, and didn't have the time to make a new UI from scratch on my laptop. I'd seen your UI developing on WoWI for a few months and was at first worried it would be too minimalistic, but I had to try it first as I was so impressed with the visual style. I was so impressed - how did you know what I want in my own UI better than I did? =)

Thank you very much for taking the time to create and share your UI, and to keep it updated for all of us here on WoWI! The new updates are always phenomenal. I love the support for all classes and styles of play, the simplicity and conciseness of the information shown, and the ability to alter and customize everything. You did an -awesome- job at everything, and as long as you keep updating it, I'll be using this UI until the heat death of the universe.

The accept summons window (or whatever it's called) is not showing up. I was in a 25man VoA when I requested for a summons.

Thanks for the updates. I like how easy it is to patch now.

Glad you like it There's too much left to do for me to stop updating it now

Dizamn. I'll look into this. It has been known to occasionally not show up ever since the stones were implemented, so hopefully it's just a once off. Will commence future research into this!

Ah...I see it. Apologies ^^

It's my own mistake. I don't like healing with Grid, so I replaced it with Healbot. And then the patcher grinds to a halt...manual fix it is ^^

Ahh. I knew I should have put some safe-guards in there Thanks for the heads up, will re-upload a fixed version later on in case any others run into it.

Hopefully I can get patching a little more automated in the future, having to type something in just feels messy to me. Oh well, beats the old system I guess

Great next update. Now all work fine, but all time i must manualy change color on grid. More good like is color bar by class color. And next miss is reputatnion/xp bar. If i try add reputatnion bar on Bartender is too much width and not possible to change. Only scale can change.

You have to change Grid's color every time you log in? Or just after RealUI updates?

Bartender's XP bar is limited in it's options, you may have to find an alternative xp bar addon.
