New Installation / Revision Update

You won't need to rename any folders.
Installation is a simple 1-click install process.

New Installation Procedure:

Step 1: Move your current WTF and Interface folders to a backup folder.

Step 2: Copy RealUI's Interface folder to your World of Warcraft folder.

Revision (r#) Update Procedure:

Step 1: Copy RealUI's Interface folder to your World of Warcraft folder.

Note 1: Make sure to overwrite all existing files and folders.
Note 2: You won't lose any of your settings when updating RealUI.
Note 3: Visit the Change Log to find out which addons have been modified.

FAQ

Q: How do I change a particular setting in the UI?
A: A lot of UI elements are created via RealUI. To access these options, go to the Game Menu button (bottom left of screen) and click Options.
Other settings can be adjusted through individual AddOns options, usually found in the Interface options > AddOns tab.

Q: Action Bars / Grid / another addon keeps on resetting it's position after I move it, what's up?
A: The HuD Config utility found on the Game Menu button (bottom left of screen) allows you to reposition a lot of the UI elements.
To manually position an AddOn, go to the Game Menu button, click AddOn Control, then untick Pos on the AddOn you're trying to move.

Q: Nameplate font size keeps resetting after I change it, what's up?
A: Go to the Game Menu button (bottom left of screen), click AddOn Control, then untick Style on KuiNameplates.

Perhaps I'm just weird, but I've never really caught on to the idea of donations. It kind of makes it feel like I'm writing addons for money instead of as a fun hobby / helping improve the game-play of fellow WoW players.

But, I am running low on beer, and beer supply is number 1 priority

Any settings in particular? Or everything? If it's just chat window position, then that's saved a little differently by WoW itself. RealUI's first character install procedure will manually move it, but this will only happen once. If it's other settings, I've got no idea

Hmm, it'd have to be something wrong with Omen itself. Try re-installing just Omen from the RealUI download:

Go to RealUI 062\Interface\AddOns and copy the Omen folder to your Interface\AddOns folder.
Go to RealUI 062\WTF\Account\ACCOUNTNAME\SavedVariables and copy the Omen.lua file to your WTF\Account\YourAccountName\SavedVariables folder.
Log in to WoW, type "/omen", and set it's Profile to RealUI.

I have a problem in the same area, but opposite, i indeed love the minimalistic look of the unitfrmaes, but i don't like that to enable that (the arrow and the textures) i have to enable also other parts of the ui that for example don't let me configure mapster or bartender4 that freely... like as mapster is not showing up in interface list, or bartender4 not being accessible.

Can't this nice interface set up being more modular? or am i missing something?
Can't be possible to pack just NibUnitFrames alone? (w/ Pitbull4 as requirement of course)

PS: loving also the icehud settings

realui menu configures many addons in one place. also to use bartender config just type /bar. just make sure your out of combat.
