4. Any chance to make the action bars "fit" with the UI? Borders could be 1 pixel or something. Maybe switch to oUF and rActionButtonStyler (Stoneh or 1px0r).

The UI's very, very useable though. In fact, it's my now my default, and favorite too. Keep up the good work!

Maybe you'd start realui.com now? lol.
1) 12hr time
Type: /sldt
Select "Clock"
Untick "Server 24 Hour"
Probably want to untick "Use Meridiem" otherwise the time will be a little large

2) Chat Edit width: Can't

3) Leave Queue: Dangit, another bug to patch up

4) Hmm, they already have 1 pixel borders. Color change? I don't think rABS has support for Satrina Buff Frames atm, so no go on that one either :P

RealUI.com? An interesting idea, actually had a realui.com up at one point, but WoWInterface has all the features I'd ever need

LFD/R Button

To fix the location of the LFD button:

1) Toggle the game menu (press esc)
2) Click "Move Anything"
3) Expand "Minimap"
4) Tick the first checkbox (one to the left) for "LFD/R Button"
5) On the minimap, there will be a gray box that you can drag, drag it over to the right side of the minimap
6) Untick the checkbox in Move Anything to lock the button into place.

Just curious: Am I able to switch out pMinimap for SexyMap without wreaking too much havoc to the sldt and kgpanels in the top left? And am I able to easily have the panels work with SexyMap? The only reason I need SexyMap is for its Gathering Hud. Unless someone out there knows a standalone replacement to the SexyMap Hud?

I'm not familiar with the sexymap hud, but I think gatherer offers some kind of hud for nodes.
I tried it about one year ago, never did get accustom to the hud view, then carbonite went free

Thanks Nibelheim! Keep up the great work.

very nice mod, it's kinda reminds me of LUI.

Got a question though, since I'm playing DK I don't like the way the rune bar is placed and the size of it. Is there anyway that I can use runeHUD instead? I installed runeHUD and can't find it anywhere to move it around, I'm guessing the unitmod in this package is overriding it.

Thanks for the quick reply!

1) Clock's set to 12 hr format now. But "Use Meridiem" ticked or unticked does not work. AM/PM always shows up.
2) I just moved it to the left to align with the left side of the chat area.
3) Did the MoveAnything fix. Thanks. I thought I could fix it with the LFGMinimapFix.lua.
4) Doh! I was thinking of another UI. Sorry about that.
5) Just poking fun on the more popular UIs. Like you, I think they could have just stayed here at WoWInterface -- one-stop-shop so to speak.

Thanks again!

Nice...very low mem footprint and I like it.

Will try for a few days and provide any comments. But so far, I like the minimalistic interface units. Good info and not flashy.

It does seem that trying to use server time in 12 hour format keeps the meridiem.
You can untick Show Server Time to use local time instead, which will be 12 hour and can hide and show the meridiem.

Thanks Nibelheim! Keep up the great work.
Gatherer and GatherHud (with GatherMate) do huds for known nodes from a database or collected over time, but neither one shows live nodes from minimap. Basically Sexymap has a vary large scaled minimap, with alpha set to 0 and non-interactive, just for the purpose of seeing the yellow dots very clear and easily. I have yet to find an alternative. I would guess any alternative that comes around would need to be a full fledged minimap addon as it requires direct modification of the minimap.

Did a bit of experimenting with SexyMap. Getting it to the right size and shape and back into position is easy enough. To adapt the minimap toggling system to recognize the toggling of it's hud, I'd probably need to convert that functionality to an addon and get some event hooks into the SexyMap hud frame.

Nibelheim, tested RealUI in heroic HoR and Gundrak. Both times, it performed great. Thanks for this UI.

You might want to show it off at wowuigallery.com.

Thought about it a bit in the past. I do like the concept of the site, an easy way to categorically browse different UIs, though a little sad to see the turns it's taken into a ratings competition. Might post it up though, for craps and giggles

Np. As to the previous question:

Just curious: Am I able to switch out pMinimap for SexyMap without wreaking too much havoc to the sldt and kgpanels in the top left?
It is doable without too much havoc. What I did was:

Go into SexyMap options.
Reset the border settings to remove it's border
Set scale to 1.1 (to match the scale I had pMiniMap at)
Set all it's buttons to never show, except for LFD button set to always show
Hide the ZoneText button/label
Move it to the original minimap's position.
Lock it, and type: /rl

With all that done, it work's just like the old minimap, except toggling the hud also hides the minimap, yet doesn't register with the minimap toggling button.
So the info next to the minimap won't shift upon toggling the hud, and hitting the minimap toggle button will behave a little oddly. If you don't mind either of those quirks, then go for it

Awesome, thanks for the settings. I think I could live with the quirks.

BTW, I was thinking you could create some standalone mod for your hiding panels. A person could toss (in some way) any UI element into the panel, and it can dock to other panels and be given conditionals, like combat or target status, etc... When an element is put into the panel it would be auto-scaled to fit the panel. You would have 2 types of panels, 1 with borders/backgrounds and hide/show buttons, and 1 with no background/borders/buttons. Much like the fringe elements of your UI are setup, but with full control and works with other mods.

Don't know if it's possible per se. Worth mentioning though.

Yeah, just not quite that good at creating addons atm. Only created my first one today :P Perhaps in future
