Update thread - Some additional information about this update is available on the forums.




Installation / Updates

You won't need to rename any folders.
Installation is a simple 1-click install process.

New Installation / Minor (8.#) Update Procedure:
Step 1: Move your current WTF and Interface folders to a backup folder.

If you are updating, moving the WTF folder is not needed.

Step 2: Copy RealUI's Interface folder to your World of Warcraft folder.

You won't lose any of your settings when updating RealUI.
Visit the Change Log to find out what has changed.

Revision (r#) Update Procedure:
Step 1: Copy RealUI's Interface folder to your World of Warcraft folder.

Make sure to overwrite all existing files and folders.
You won't lose any of your settings when updating RealUI.
Visit the Change Log to find out which addons have been modified.

Note: If you are playing in an asian region, go to the "Other Files" page and download the file best fitting your region.

ahh antnother question. how i must configure recount to use it like dmgdone ?
Should be set up that way by default. Otherwise, just hit the two arrow buttons on the recount panel to cycle to different modes.

Awesome compilation

I've redone it a bit to fit my style and came across a problem: the meters toggle panel only toggles Recount and not Omen so in all my confidence and programming experience (some VB like 4 years ago ^^) I thought I could fix it myself. Appearantly not.

I just took the Meters_Toggle_Skada panel and changed it to Meters_Toggle_Omen and then changed the OnEvent script to

Doesn't do the trick

The Meters_Toggle_Skada simply hides Skada, it doesn't do any actual toggling. That's all done in Meters_Toggle. Though I'm curious as to why you'd need to add Omen If you need to, you can add this line into the Meters_Toggle OnClick event (right before the "if IsShown then" section):

And I mean the blizzard map button, to open the map not the kgpanel toggle button. and My calendar is gone too now. Checked pMinimap but can't seem to find any 'Show/Hide' option for those.

Omen and my recount are both at the bottom-right of my screen so it's cool if I can hide them both with 1 button. (I'm a tank so I really need Omen ^^)

I definitely wanted to improve upon the visibility and access of the pet bar with this version. I don't currently play any pet classes so I'm unsure of how important the pet bar is, but it certainly can't hurt
