odd I am starring right at it and seeing both a health and a powerbar for my char and target...
my guess is that an addon is either disabled or out of date addons are not enabled (prolly ouf as that still is running on 4.3's interface level, it does work just fine with mop however.

Also, it's not a bar, just a text display of how far into a level you are in terms of percentage.

These do exist, the player health/mana is on the left and target health/mana is on the right. These ARE NOT nibIceHud modules, they are from a separate addon called oUF_RealUI. This is an oUF layout and you must have both oUF and oUF_RealUI enabled.

I've been using the latest version of RealUI with no problems whatsoever (aside from the occasional addon out of date shenanigans). If you are having graphics issues here's a couple things you can try:

1. First try and play the game with no addons installed at all (a clean slate). If you're still experiencing problems, then it's not RealUI and another issue is to blame here.

2. Try a clean install of RealUI and play again. Just like before, if there are no issues then it must be another addon that you installed in addition to RealUI.

3. Add your other addons in one by one. If you're too lazy for that, you can try adding them all in and then ENABLING them on by one in the addon screen.

I hope this helps, if not I'm sure the other players can help as it's almost 5 in the morning for me and I should be asleep.

I know about the unit frames... But I prefer having it on IceHUD instead, and hiding the unit frames.

The UI displays these on unit frames, nonetheless. Nib gutted a lot of IceHUD when he included it in RealUI and may have taken the health/power modules out but you can recreate them to your liking. Just type /icehud and the settings will come up and you can figure it out from there easily enough. The functionality of the UI includes unitframes, though. If you want these things tracked in the hud you'll likely have to recreate them from scratch. It's not hard, the only trouble you might find is scaling and tweaking the new bars to fit nicely with the rest of the modules.

If you're having trouble adding them in-game then download a fresh copy of IceHUD, copy the health and power modules you want into NibIceHUD\modules, then open NibIceHud.toc in notepad and scroll down and add them to the list of modules so the addon knows to load them ("modules\modulename.lua") It should then load the basic config for these modules in-game and you can then start tinkering with them to suit your needs. Do note that NibIceHUD is a fairly gutted version of IceHUD so some of IceHUD's default module settings may not translate properly to NibIceHUD.

Oh, trust me, it's hard. And you're soo wrong. Let me just quote myself again.
I've spent hours trying to switch modules, adding segments of code from the original realUI, ...
Thanks for replying, but it's really not as simple as you are saying it is.

Let me give you a short explanation of what I want exactly. I like RealUI, but I don't think the unit frames are clear enough for pvp. I'm also used to playing with IceHUD, with my own health and mana/energy as IceHUD bars, and a target unitframe close to it (usually Pitbull or SUF). That's because I like to keep my eyes in the middle of the screen, with some important spells and cooldowns a little below the center.

I managed to do this a few months ago, I downloaded an earlier version of nibIcehud before he stripped it down so much and it was possible to just add the modules then. I've tried to do that now, but so many thing are missing except the default realUI modules. I can't even make my own bars.

I edited my post right as you were posting yours with another suggestion you might try. I've used NibIceHUD and IceHUD interchangeably in the past and successfully ported NibIceHUD to IceHUD for my own custom UI a few times. The last time I tried this was troublesome, though, and it may not work anymore.

[Edit] Yep, just downloaded and took at peak at IceHUD's default modules, it includes health and power which were removed from NibIceHUD. Simply adding them back to the modules folder and the toc file would be a good place to start, though the changes to Nib's version might still cause serious problems.

You could also consider adding Nib's modules to IceHUD instead and leaving NibIceHUD disabled. Last time I did this the bars were not working properly, though. I think the difference between the two might be too great and I'm not familiar enough with lua to do much beyond that.

You have to add the modules and then actually recreate them in-game.

Castbar

Hi Guys,
I appreciate the effort placed into this UI, I had stopped playing wow after ulduar and I've settled on RUI for Mop.
That being said, I was wondering if someone could point me in the right directions. I have disabled the HUDs and as a result, there is a castbar that pops up now.

Would anyone know where the options are for it? I need to unlock it and I've been racking my nuts trying to locate it in all the menus and just cant seem to find it. It looks like AZ Castbar but I am probably wrong.

Thanks in advance.
