Naughty, trying to upgrade from 0.2.0 via a 0.3.0 patch, hehe.

You'll have to go into "/kgPanels config" and delete all the panels associated with the Minimap. They should be called things like "MapInfo_" and "Minimap_".
Im having this problem aswell, however I checked kgpanels and theres no left over map panels. Checked sldt, nothing. Its just got 2 of the town names. one with a arrow next to it (which i guess is the right one) and one thats large which overlaps the coords part. I installed the v3 over the v2 one and didnt just use the patch.

Any advice?

Thanks.
Is your combat log working? I had an issue once where my chatlog wasn't displaying information so I had to delete a couple files to get it back.

Exit WoW. Go to World of Warcraft/WTF/Acount/ACCOUNT/SERVER/CHARACTER and delete chat-cache.old and chad-cache.txt. And you should be fine.

Sounds like the stText addon is still installed. Delete it

Yeah, current bug in the game where the combat log will simply stop recording information, and then addons (such as damage meters) that rely on it will stop working as well.

A bit hackish, but this will work:
  1. Go to the "World of Warcraft\Interface\Addons\nibRealUI\" folder
  2. Open up "nibRealUI.toc" in Notepad
  3. Delete the line that says "modules\micromenu.xml"
  4. File menu > Save

sbf frames

I use your UI and love the minimalist approach. However, I use/do a few things different. First I use SuF, and secondly, I use different SBF frames/positions. The problem is whenever I move a sbf frame (even one i created myself) it moves to one of the default positions initially set up by the UI. Is there a way to prevent this from happening?

  1. Interface options
  2. Addons tab
  3. RealUI
  4. Expand RealUI to show it's sub categories
  5. Frame/Addon Adjustments
  6. Untick "Satrina Buff Frames"

AceTimer is an addon that comes embedded into other addons. So, it's not that AceTimer is giving you troubles, but an addon that's using it. You'll have to find what addons you have installed/updated recently and disable them until you find the culprit.

Hello,

I found this UI from the wow ui gallery website and was wondering if there is anywhere where I could get an earlier version than the one in the archives. I would prefer, if at all possible, to get a hold of the info for the background textures of the chat frame, chat buttons, and recount.

I absolutely adore the options to show/hide the ui elements!

Sorry to bother you again :D

I know I read this last week, but I just dug 15 pages back and didn't see it (and didn't see a search comment box) How do I go about not losing my macros/ keybinds when I update to the new version? I plan on renaming my old wtf and interface, and going from there, but I don't wanna have to rebind everything and so on. And thanks again man... this is indeed a ui made of complete epic win. I mean this ui's gearscore is like OVER 9000!

I think DXE is good, but there some problems with it. Deadly Boss Mods (DBM) is better, because the addon show more informations.

Sorry for my english^^

You need to copy the bindings-cache.wtf and the macros-cache.txt file from/into "WTF\Account\USERNAME\"

Just delete the DXE folders and install DBM. Works like a charm for me.

I just recognized that I can't click some buffs away. When Deathbringers Will is active I can't mount or use the jetpack on the Gunship Fight. So do you guys have a solution for that? Oh and, I'm sorry if this question was raised before but I don't want to read 800 posts :P
