Clean installation required!
Move your old Interface and WTF folders to a Backup folder before installing.


Beta Note:

RealUI 8 is currently in Beta.
It works, however, some features are still under construction and it needs user testing before any potential bugs can be ironed out.
Only download if you're willing to use a potentially buggy, incomplete UI.




You won't need to rename any folders.
Installation is a simple 1-click install process.

New Installation Procedure:
Step 1: Move your current WTF and Interface folders to a backup folder.
Step 2: Copy RealUI's Interface folder to your World of Warcraft folder.

Revision (r#) Update Procedure:
Step 1: Copy RealUI's Interface folder to your World of Warcraft folder.

Make sure to overwrite all existing files and folders.
You won't lose any of your settings when updating RealUI.
Visit the Change Log to find out which addons have been modified.

Cast Bars now horizontal bars located just below mid-center of screen
To change text location or to reverse the direction of the bars: /realui > Advanced > Advanced Settings > HuD > Cast Bars
Info Line - Background option added
Action Bars - Now easily configurable via the new RealUI Config panels
Adjust how many bars to display at the Center and on the Bottom of the screen
Adjust location of Mouse-Over action bars
Adjust padding and number of buttons for all action bars
Stance Bar now located on the Info Line (right side)
Pet Bar now located on the left side of the screen
To manually control Action Bar settings, untick RealUI Control on the Action Bars config panel, then go into Bartender settings via the Advanced Settings button.

Quick question; How do I make it so Omen toggles using the Meter button in the same way Skada/Recount does?

Been having some aggro issues due to me not noticing omen well enough and I was able to notice it better in it's old position.

Set SBF "Buffs" frame to show all buffs, not just those with duration longer than 60s, make the short buffs frame by your character not click-through (will mean those spots are dead even when buffs aren't visible), or macro /cancelaura _________ to your jetpack cast.

  1. Type: /kgpanels config
  2. Expand "Active panels"
  3. Scroll down to and expand "Meters_Toggle"
  4. Expand "Scripts"
  5. Select "OnClick"
  6. In the section on the right (should be a bunch of text in there), insert this code right at the bottom:

minimap

i just downloaded the latest ui is anyone still having the minimap problem showing up if i go in manually and press position it sets itself then stuffs up again
and does anyone know how to get rid that stupid party poker poping up all the time youd think the authorities would have put a stop too them by now

The valley of honor text is what I want to move/get rid of.

Does it display other info correctly (ie health)? Did another look over my Pitbull text code, but it all seems like it should be compatible.
