/ulay - Choose UnitFrame layout 1-3
/offset - Sets the player, target, tot and pet frames to be placed X points higher than it's default position.

What is this?
This is an (almost) complete UnitFrame replacement for World of Warcraft. It is build upon the oUF framework, and comes bundled with both player, party and raid frames. There are 3 different layouts of player frames to choose from.

oUF and all supported plugins are embedded, so there is no need for any additional downloads. oUF: MovableFrames can be used to change the positions of all the frames.

Does the player frame feature extra things?
  • Swing timer for Hunters
  • Totem timer for Shamans
  • Rune timers for Death Knights
  • Castbars integrated into the Portraits
  • Range coloring on all frames
  • CombatFeedback over Portraits
  • Power Spark for druids/rogues
  • Mana Spark indicating the 5 second rule for mana users

How can I configure it?
  • /ulay to choose layout
  • /offset to change default vertical position of player, target, tot and pet frames

How can I change the size of the Health Bars?
  • No in-game options to modify the look of the frames are available, it has to be done by manually editing the LUA-files. I can not offer any support on this matter, nor will I reply to posts or PMs concerning it.

- Now uses gMedia2
- gMedia no longer bundled with gFrames, it now has to be downloaded separately
- Castbar text now has a maximum width for each layout
- oUF now listed as an optional dependency

- Fixed a bug with the last Rune on Death Knight Runebars. The Rune should no longer be too big.

- Raid Icons on Player- and Target frames should no longer be half covered by the portraits

- Fixed the embedded plugins to work. This includes TotemBar, WeaponEnchant and Swing Timer

Patch has messed up alot of my other addons as well. Hope you can get this updated.
You'll have to visit Curse.com to get my updates. I'm not updating on WoWInterface anymore.

Your Whole UI is gonna need to be updated majorly im afraid since the new 4.0.1 patch.

Cant move your frames
Bags say "Kobold Camp Cleanup" where it should say Bags
Map is fine though

Patch has messed up alot of my other addons as well. Hope you can get this updated.

I won't be able to fix it, as I'm only working on gFrames 2.0 now. Which doesn't have that problem. As for the matter of when I'll release 2.0; "soon".
Is there any specific reason why this happens with my hunter and not my warrior? I only see one specific Factor in the code about hunters and thats the auto attack bar. Its strange that. None the less cant wait for 2.0

The current live build of gFrames is built upon the now outdated oUF 1.3.x. It embeds oUF, along with a lot of plugins. I'm sure there is a conflict in there somewhere.

I won't be able to fix it, as I'm only working on gFrames 2.0 now. Which doesn't have that problem. As for the matter of when I'll release 2.0; "soon".

I'm glad to see this as being part of your next version. My only gripe with gFrames has been the lack of modularity for the other frames. I look forward to seeing 2.0 in action once it's finished. =)

Class colours

Any chance you can make this work with "ClassColors" or another similar addon, or have it's own colour changing feature? The default Paladin pink doesn't suit me :P

Looking forward to it also. I love most all of your addons, but the frames one just does not do it, for myself I prefer a larger health bar and no graphic for the toon, especially when I am on my priest. Also the shinny bars for the party and such, not so much. (I will admit that I have not installed the frame addon, just going by your pictures)

But I will see what the version 2 looks like.
