This addon substitutes the Lil' XT sound files
(excluding the explosion sounds but including the Ulduar XT sounds)
with blank sound files. This is so everytime Lil' XT triggers a sound file, you will hear nothing.
A blue post claimed to have hot-fixed it but people still complain that it is still making sounds.
Instructions:
Unzip the folder into your \World of Warcraft\Data\ folder (Not the addons folder)
There's probably more XT sounds than Lil' XT makes, but it was too much of a headache just listening to which specific sound files he uses.

Lil'XT Sounds Hotfix
A hotfix was recently applied, which temporarily disabled some of the sounds Lil’ XT makes.
The issue was that some of his sounds were flagged in such a way that they play for everyone around him and not just the player that owns the pet, an annoying problem to be sure. We can’t alter volume or who the sounds play for through a hotfix so the temporary workaround is to disable them completely right now until the proper fix can be patched in later.
We have recently seen a number of User Interface Add-Ons that are making modifications to the World of Warcraft in-game music files and wanted to take a moment to go over some important points with the community in connection with this. While we are currently allowing Add-Ons that remove or replace existing sound files, keep in mind that it is illegal to distribute copyrighted materials, in this case in-game music and audio files, without authorization. One of the primary goals of the user interface is to allow players to customize their game experience and we hope to avoid making any modifications in the future that will prevent this.
