v5.2.2:
> Garrison button shipments info should be updating properly now
> Garrison button tooltip now also shows resources
> Garrison styles expanded again
> Aura filtering data is redesigned internally now. You shouldn't notice any changes other than filters being reset for the change.
> Adjusted some missing styles in quest info and LFG/LFR windows

v5.2.19:
> Garrison button errors fixed
> Garrison styles expanded to landing page and missions page
> tooltip stretching fixed
> x-ray specs overlapping fixed
> New code to manage blizzard frames, for multi monitor users this will force default positioning towards the center of the screen for panels that would have otherwise been to the left
> New feature: ALT-Right-Clicking items in your bags (not bank) will mark them with a coin icon. Any marked items will be auto-vendored next time you visit a merchant.

v5.2.18:
> Garrison button now shows shipments and timers
> Garrison styles previously mentioned are now actually working
> /sv move (aka Mentalo) now has a "Grid" option for easier alignments
> Drew some new Minimap blips and replaced a few of the older ones

v5.2.17:
> Added config option for AFK screen (/sv->General->Misc->Fun Stuff)

v5.2.16:
> Garrison button now shows current missions on it's tooltip
> Adjusted some vanity features and added new secret ones (given enough time you WILL discover these)
> Tokens stat now has garrison resources, apexis crystals and the various "Secrets of ~" currencies as well as the three new archaeology fragments
> Adjusted a few more settings to increase performance during model animations

v5.2.12:
> Garrison loading fixed
> Garrison button hearth now using a timer to ensure it is properly set
> Added style for garrison capacitive windows (ie.. work orders)
> Fixed SVUI_Garrison taint
> Comix toggle update

v5.2.09:
> Garrison button now has flashing alerts for garrison events (very basic)
> Party pet and targets are working again
> Added minimap option to use old blip icons
> Fixed several errors tied to plugin enabling/disabling
> adjusted aggro ("!") and combat ("fist") visual elements

v5.2.08:
> Included the previously forgotten change to garrison right-click hearth (my bad yo)
> Slight tweaks to raidframe coloring and more tooltips

v5.2.07:
> fixed dock button position saving for addons
> fixed recount and omen docklet visibility issue
> adjustments for bag slot features
> added some needed tooltips on features such as merchant "Buy full stack"
> Minimap and Worldmap coords now update even in combat

v5.2.04:
> fixed dock button position saving
> fixed recount and omen docklet

v5.2.03:
> NEW(ish): Garrison map icon is now a dock icon (found in the upper left dock), right clicking this will cast the garrison hearth
> Fixed tooltip sizing on NPC healthbars
> More adjustments to bag slots on update

v5.2.01:
> Fixed mac user errors
> Removed tamable indicators from tooltips
> Restyled the garrison minimap button a bit

v5.2: MANY CHANGES!!!
-------------------------------------
Added/Redesigned
-------------------------------------
> Raid frames are now singular, meaning there will no longer be separate frames for sizes 10/15/20/25/40. In the config menu you will only see one category called "Raid".

> Docks have undergone major changes to how they are built and function.
NOTE 1: Before, docklets and dock features were created in static positions (ie... chat tabs on the left, profession tools and henchmen on the right..etc) and the dock holders were essentially just anchored placeholders with little purpose other than a starting point for child elements. Now every aspect of each docking cluster is dynamic and interchangeable.
NOTE 2: Utilizing the new dock system is restricted to internal code at this time. If you have questions please ask me and I will walk you through them.
NOTE 3: I have added an alt-click menu to each dock icon that allows you to re-order its position in it's current dock.
NOTE 4: All movement changes are now being saved and retained per character.

> Dock alerts (ie.. chat edit box and Laborer "End Mode" button) are attractive now ;)

> Micro Menu bar has been relocated to the upper left corner of the screen, mouse over it to show (can be changed in settings)

> Stats have been changed slightly
NOTE 1: The top stat bar is now anchored to the top center of the screen (was top left)
NOTE 2: The top stat bar is also NAKED by default (ie.. no stats showing/assigned). I felt like having too much on screen for new users was confusing.
NOTE 3: Backgrounds are disabled now by default (can still be changed in settings)
NOTE 4: Changed the default stat assignment for the bottom bar to improve asthetics. (Courtesy of Penguinsane)

> Installer updated. Now when making aura layout selections you will see dummy aura icons and bars to help visualize the changes.

> Slightly re-styled tooltips to make them less intrusive by removing the POW graphic from the bottom of the frame. Seemed like too much at times.

> NEW: Round style for minimaps that use the "rotateMinimap" interface option.

> REMOVED: WorldMap movement alpha settings. Blizzard has a built-in function for this now under your Interface options.

-------------------------------------
Fixes
-------------------------------------
> WorldMap issues with elements becoming unclickable are fixed
> WorldMap tooltip issues are fixed
> Bag slot coloring has been revised. Specialty bag colors will now take priority over rarity of the item.
> Garrison map icon is properly anchored now
> Auto-Quest features are working as they should
> Nameplate issues should be resolved
> In combat messages should no longer cause errors
> Auctionhouse styles revised
> Inventory coin icons are working
> Inventory quest icons/borders are working
> Added dock option to change dock button sizes
> Character stats pane issue fixed
> Raid leader tool bugs fixed (if you even noticed them)
> Skada dock issues fixed

v5.0.63

Also, the memory stat is cool and all, but I like to see my frames and ping in the stats too, can we get both of them, or have that one swap back and forth between them?

Note: The disconnect may or may not be related, I'm hearing a lot of people getting random disconnects.

Note 2: Going back to 5.0.52 stopped the 1 second chop issue. Memory looked ok, nothing going crazy.

Boolean API changes

Just thought I'd post this here, in case you didn't know and it makes bug fixing easier.

The thread is located here:

http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/14926912648

I couldn't find any mention of this as a whole, but there are a handful of threads addressing the same issue for different API calls and it seems no one made the connection to the big picture. I also searched for any blue mentions, but failed to find any.

Any API setting an addon changes that uses a boolean value or returns a boolean value no longer accepts or returns 0s and 1s. You must use or expect to receive false or true. The main issue I've seen, as described below, is that using anything but false or true when setting a boolean value will default to true.

This is a copy of a comment I made on the Prat 3.0 chat addon page at Curse, where people are reporting a chat fade setting issue:

So, I've been trying to figure out why Prat has been logging to the combatlog file even though the setting was disabled. Looking at the code, I recognized the usage of 0 and 1 that another addon was using where I reported a similar toggle bug that got fixed. It finally all clicked when I saw the fade code posted in the comments on the curse page. I have the fix for both my combatlog issue and the fade issue, and any other API toggle issue.

Blizzard has changed any boolean API setting (0s and 1s) to only accept false or true, and if it isn't false or true when the piece of code uses it, the setting defaults to true. Any piece of code you see that uses the ingame API with a 0 or a 1 in the parenthesis, change 0 to false and 1 to true.

Here's the fading fix:

Find this piece of code in \Interface\AddOns\Prat-3.0\modules\Fading.lua (very bottom)

--[[------------------------------------------------
Core Functions
------------------------------------------------]] --

-- enable/disable fading
function mod:Fade(cf, textfade)
if textfade then
cf:SetFading(1)
cf:SetTimeVisible(mod.db.profile.duration)
else
cf:SetFading(0)
end
end

Replace with the following:

--[[------------------------------------------------
Core Functions
------------------------------------------------]] --

-- enable/disable fading
function mod:Fade(cf, textfade)
if textfade then
cf:SetFading(true)
cf:SetTimeVisible(mod.db.profile.duration)
else
cf:SetFading(false)
end
end

Logging fix

If you also don't want the combat logging forced on (or chat, but I log chat), change this code in ChatLog.lua (same modules folder):

--[[------------------------------------------------
Core Functions
------------------------------------------------]]--

-- enable or disable the chat log
function module:SetChatLog(info, val)
self.db.profile.chat = val
if self.db.profile.chat then
self:Print(L["Chat Log: Enabled"])
self:Print(L["Chat log recorded to <WoW Installation>\\Logs\\WoWChatLog.txt only upon logout."])
LoggingChat(1)
else
LoggingChat(0)
self:Print(L["Chat Log: Disabled"])
end
end

-- enable or disable the combat log
function module:SetCombatLog(info, val)
self.db.profile.combat = val
if self.db.profile.combat then
self:Print(L["Combat Log: Enabled"])
self:Print(L["Combat log recorded to <WoW Installation>\\Logs\\WoWCombatLog.txt only upon logout."])
LoggingCombat(1)
else
LoggingCombat(0)
self:Print(L["Combat Log: Disabled"])
end
end

to this:

--[[------------------------------------------------
Core Functions
------------------------------------------------]]--

-- enable or disable the chat log
function module:SetChatLog(info, val)
self.db.profile.chat = val
if self.db.profile.chat then
self:Print(L["Chat Log: Enabled"])
self:Print(L["Chat log recorded to <WoW Installation>\\Logs\\WoWChatLog.txt only upon logout."])
LoggingChat(true)
else
LoggingChat(false)
self:Print(L["Chat Log: Disabled"])
end
end

-- enable or disable the combat log
function module:SetCombatLog(info, val)
self.db.profile.combat = val
if self.db.profile.combat then
self:Print(L["Combat Log: Enabled"])
self:Print(L["Combat log recorded to <WoW Installation>\\Logs\\WoWCombatLog.txt only upon logout."])
LoggingCombat(true)
else
LoggingCombat(false)
self:Print(L["Combat Log: Disabled"])
end
end

I noticed you had made some changes/fixes to the ui so I just redownloaded. It seems like I'm still having a problem though (unfortunately.... ): ). Here is a picture of what I'm seeing now, it looks like the animations look even better, but theres still a size/proportion problem. http://imgur.com/AcMX6PT Below is the actual error that I'm seeing, and again- thanks for the help! (let me know if there's anything I can do on my part to fix this problem too)

Haha not THOSE kind of hugs
Cairenn is a super sweet person, hence the choice of hugs over Kung-fu strikes to dear old Mung.
Besides, I'm already married to the only girl for me

As for punching you in the throat - yeah, no, won't happen. Hug you to bits - much more likely. (I'm a hugger, be warned.)
Awe damn Mung!! Sounds like a love connection come Blizzcon !!!

Off topic... Cairenn, is there a possibility of giving SVUI its own forum area? I think the level of development (and discussion) for this UI is phenomenal. Just my 2 copper...

Ooooohhh crap, I did not expect that you would get that kind of flood. That's my fault not theirs and I apologize! When we finally meet face-to-face at Blizzcon, PLEASE don't punch me in the throat!

Guys I have put this poor girl through hell this year with all of my shenanigans. Please don't send anymore requests regarding the Minion updater.

Again sorry everyone.

Hang in there, we will try to come up with a solution. I agree that it'd be nice to allow Suites to be installed by Minion, just have to figure out how to do it.
