3.3.3 updated version of Slovan's Delocalizator

4.3 version coming soon ish

Thanks to Zver1992 from WoH.ru for the help.

The addon translates Russian localized version of WoW back to english.
This addon is intended solely for Russian users.

Addon affects: spells, talents, items and partially interface
Addon DOES NOT affect: Boss speech.
For boss speech extract sound folder from MPQ files to the root of WoW.

Add comments for great justice.

If there is a skilled lua programmer familiar with new wow scripts I would be glad to pass any knowledge and details regarding this addon. As for english sound - the mechanism is still the same, but you have to deny yourself the rights to modify the data\cache folder so the game won't be able to cache the russian sounds in. When trying to switch to russian servers using EU client the game says "You are trying to play on servers with wrong language" You think anyone would have bothered with such addon if playing with eu client was possible? If you have US client this addon will do nothing for you, because you already have the english version. it won't translate it to russian.
