oUF Lumen

Before I used oUF and started writing my own layout and small addons, Pitbull, Grid and ClassTimer were a big part of the functionality of my UI. Since then I tried to cut down on the number of addons while trying to retain its functionality. oUF_lumen using the power of oUF tries to accomplish this by creating a customized set of unit frames tha replace Pitbull, Grid and ClassTimer while being light and functional.

This is a PERSONAL Layout. What this means is that most of the functionalities will be implemented because I need it. I can eventually add some features If I see the utility in them, but I will never change the layout radically or add unnecessary and complicated features just because. The beauty of oUF layouts is that there are plenty for all tastes and it is easy to customize if you want to dwellve into code!

You can see in the initial page that is in the To Do List. Eventually I will add MTs but not till Cataclysm comes out. I'm not playing any more till then, so the layout is in "bug only maintenance" till then.

1.7 Working and looking great. Thanks you once again, for implementing that PVP timer.

Party and raid frames are perfect too.

The only thing I can think of (if you are bored someday and can spare some more time) is to add MT frame.
"Main Tanks" frame (oUF can handle it, as I have see some other mods include such).

So just an MT frame with MT target by the side.
I believe oUF will get data from CTRA or Ora3 or Blizz as to who is on tank role (or who is set to MT by Raid leader). 1 to max 4 MTs should be fine.
and to have a smaller frame next to them for MT target. Obviously both of which should be "hide is empty".

Makes it easier to target mob that MT is pounding and not have to set focus on MT which is problematic in fight that tanks have to switch.

Read the comments bellow for more info on that. That is not a problem with my Layout or oUF. It's a problem with all Raiding layouts that are not Blizzard Default ones. We need to wait for a Fix on this too. Hopefully soon. I'm waiting for it too. I'm a healer too!

Nur ist es derzeit so das erst beim 2 bzw manchmal 4 Klick auf ein Gruppen bzw Raid Mitglied der Cast ausgeführt wird.

Da ich meistens als Heiler unterwegs bin, muss ich derzeit noch auf Grid zurückgreifen.

kann man die Frames irgendwie "besser" einstellen ?

You can disable the 2n in the config file, config.lua (open the file and search BarTimers and you shall find it). InfoBar you can't disable. There is too much anchored too it in order for me to make it "disablable". And why you want to turn it off in the first place? Without it you won't read levels for example or mob classifications (elite, boss...). You can disable the Portraits tho.

The 3rd you can't and I'm not adding this, I've explained why previously, just scroll down and you will find it. You can always turn off the castbars and use your own addon for that if you "need" something like that. Anyway, that is placebo effect, that isn't needed anymore as Blizzard Spell Queue takes care of the rest way better than you can (and this is the reason why I haven't implemented something like this).

- where can i disable the infobar? and
- where can i disable the claastimer? and
- where can i add a "Latency" (MS) on Castbar?

Version 1.70

Just uploaded version 1.70. There are a lot of additions and minor fixes and because I don't have a subscription right now and tested it slightly in the BETA there might be some bugs. So need some testing.

Here it is the change log:

Version 1.70

* Changed LFD Role string from the default Damager to DPS. What the hell was Blizzard thinking? Damager? Really?
* Changed Focus Power Type color slightly.
* Changed Focus Debuff tracking true by default and changed the location of the debuff icon.
* Added a PvP Tag to the InfoBar. It will only Display if Player toggles PvP manually or attacks a PvP Target. People in PvP servers shouldn't see the tag (unless they toggle PvP manually too). It will also display a timer for the remaining time until flagged non-PvP.
* Added option to invert the filling of of the party/raid frames. By default is set to inverted.
* Fixed the position options to move the Eclipse Bar,
* Changed group sorting inside a Party by Class.
* Cleaned some code in the Combo Points Tag.
* Cleaned some code in the Holy Power Tag.
* Added Arcane Brilliance to Mage Raid Corner Indicator.
* Added Dark Intent to the Warlock Raid Corner Indicator (for CC).
* Added Debuffs to the Target of Target Frame. Configuration has also been added (like number of debuffs).
* Added Focus Fire to the Hunter Whitelist.
* Added Frenzy Effect to the Hunter Pet Whitelist.
* Added Heal Prediction to Party and Raid Frames.
* Added a glow border around the Druid Moonkin Eclipse bar depending on the Eclipse state.
* Added a red glow border around Target Castbar if spell can't be interrupted and player can attack target.

I recommend you to delete the old oUF_lumen Folder before copying the new one!

For mages like me, not using any other buff monitor and someone dies or was out of range when you buffed, etc...

Add this line to config lua (mage part at the bottom, line 489) to show Arcane Brilliance on raid and party frames corner indicator. So you see if anyone is missing it.

TR = {[GetSpellInfo(1459) or "Arcane Brilliance"] = {color = Colors.Blue, stack = 1}},

(p.s: I changed the Focus Magic to purple. Also I sure hope I got the spell ID right )

Funny you mention that, I've changed debuffs for Focus on the next build. Focus will have debuffs (only 2, no need for more anyway but might think of making the number optional) and option to filter them or not. Can think of puting the same for ToT, but if you focus the target you want to see debuffs, will work the same way. Anyway, adding them yourself would mean changing some stuff on the function createDebuffs if you are interested.

The font is in the lumen.lua file not in the config. But you don't need to go there. Just go to the media folder and copy your font there replacing the one inside, it's named font actually I think. So just replace it.

And yes, Blizzard naming of Damager is stupid, I changed that already just haven't released that build yet.
