    What is it
    nibChatTabs modifies the appearance of the default chat window tabs to a more appealing, text based design. It also allows you to modify the opacity of the Chat Tabs or hide them completely.

    You won't lose any functionality of the original Chat Tabs.



    Features
    • Hide all or individual parts of the Chat Tabs
    • Adjust the opacity of the Chat Tabs
      • Mouse Over opacity
      • No Mouse opacity
      • Set the opacity of the different Chat Tab states individually (Normal, Selected, Flash)
    • Adjust the speed and delay of the Chat Window and Chat Tabs fading
    • Adjust the Chat Tab text
      • Font and Font Size
      • Change the text style for each Chat Tab state (Normal, Selected, Highlight, Flash)
        • Text color (can also use Class Colors)
        • Font Style (Shadow, Outline)
    • Set the Chat Window's background opacity

      • No Mouse Alpha
      • Mouseover Alpha

      • Each chat tab state (Normal, Highlight, Selected and Flash) is fully configurable
        • Text color (with the option of using Class color)
        • Font Shadow
          • Set the color of the font shadow
          • Set it's X & Y offsets
        • Outline style

    I want to make it so that the chat tabs do not highlight when I recieve a new message in another chat window which I don't have currently open. Is this possible?

    it doesn't seem to care what i set it too. it wont change alpha, hmm maybe some other chat addon is interfering.

    yeah it was rChat. tryin to fix atm so there compatible.

    I loved this add-on when I was playing around with it, but the lack of being able to skin the tabs like buttons to give them new borders and backgrounds was a negative point for me. Do you have any plans on implementing this in the future?

    Hmm, doable, but only be entirely rewriting WoW's code for positioning of chat tabs, which would be a huge pain

    Justify the Tabs themselves?
    First off, great addon, been using it for a while.

    I was curious, would it be possible to change the justification (right, left, or center) of the chat tabs themselves?

    What I'd ultimately like to achieve is have a pulled out chat frame with the tab on the far right of the frame. I honestly haven't any idea if that can be done, or if it would be a royal pain.

    Anyway, thanks for making this addon, terrific job!
