Tried it out but did not work. Hope you have another idea how to fix it, because I don't want to drop a addon that fits perfectly for me just because it can't track one of my important buffs.

If you gain a buff from that talent you should be able to track it. Maybe the buff is a different name?

I checked out wowhead.com for informations about steady shot and added every name / spell id (just like your example) to my list. It actually didn't work with one of the options. I tried out Satrina Buff Frames and looked in the Buff-list. There it says the exactly name / spell id i typed into ikons. Only differnce is SBF can track it and ikons not. Very confusing. Hope you've got another idea.

I haven't used this for some time and found alternatives like TellMeWhen.

You can use GetSpellInfo for retrieving names.
