I don't know about Blizzard's proc addon. Adding a simple icon for KM & SD isn't hard, I already have the aura scan done with the diseases.

And maybe sort the bars in a way that they fill continuously from left to right, always putting the empty (or less filled) bar on the right. I think that way it would be very intuitive to look for RE procs. On second thought, wasn't blizzard going to add their own proc display? So that would be somewhat redundant.
