ZoomOut fixes the bug [believed to be] in the default UI that sometimes causes the minimap to zoom to the middle level when you log in. Since the game keeps two separate zoom levels (inside and outside, generally), you had to zoom out twice when you encounter this bug -- and it got old quick.

Anyway, ZoomOut zooms the minimap all the way out whenever you receive the minimap update event (initial load and when moving between inside and outside -- does not fire when you manually adjust zoom, but will zoom out the next time you cross the inside/outside boundary).

While I haven't experienced the zoom bug when zoning, I have seen one report on it, and thus I included a line at the bottom of the ZoomOut.lua file which can be uncommented (remove the two hyphens) to also zoom out when zoning if you experience that issue.
