SpartanUI Is designed to free your screen by moving a majority of the interface elements to the bottom. It is the new look for World of Warcraft. Originally Created by Ansu of Dalaran (aka Atriace) it is now managed and maintained by Libidos of Azgalor. Disable oUF if you have it installed, This is a addon library used for unit frames SpartanUI has this built in and having a version not compatible with SpartanUI will break things.


F.A.Q

Q. How do i Move my focus/party/raid?

A. As of 3.1 All frames are now movable by holding Alt and dragging no need to unlock or lock them with a command or button.

Q. I changed a option but nothing changed.

A. Some of the new options in 3.1 for Raid/Party Frames require a /reload to be done after changing them, no it will not always be like this but in order to get it out in time for MOP launch day some convenience had to be sacrificed.

3.1.3:
Fix - Monk class icon not showing in party frames.
Fix - Monk Statue moved to the right of the CHI.
Fix - Party frames now properly update when someone was invited while in combat.
Fix - Party Frame not showing up after leaving battleground.
Fix - Moved the Extra Power bar (Petrification bar in MV) to the left so its aligned with the player frame to account some people having a issue in Shado-pan Monastery where the bar overlaps with the extra action button on the last boss. (Temporary Fix, Long term this will move only if it needs to)
Change - SpartanUI no longer hides blizzard buffs, blizz does not allow addons to turn off buffs without some lengthy work arounds.
Removed - Player buffs are no longer displayed on the player frame.
Fix - Misc bugs.

Display Pets grayed out

I dont know why, but under Party Frames > Display Options, Display Pets is grayed out and is check marked. I know it said in 3.1 more party frames will be coming, if this is a featue coming with 3.1 I can wait and "fix" it that way Also, I'm not sure if this is brought on by Spartan or by something else, but the default Blizzard Casting bar is gone

I LOVE the new UI and honestly I can't find a real problem with it, I can live with party pets being displayed. It would just make my screen abit more tighter/organized if they weren't there..Also, I'm playing a hunter if that matters..

EDIT/Update: It does appear to be SpartanUI that is disabling the Blizz Cast Bar, I turned off every addon I had one by one with no result on the default cast bar. Is there a way to re-enable the Blizz Cast Bar? (I will even settle for an addon that enables the default I'm very particular when it comes to this)

Party frames

I have been trying out the spartanui again recently (used to use it back in v1), I'm not too keen on the party frames up in the top left of the screen, is it possible to set them back to their original positions, running along the top of the panel?

Option Request.

i use a older monitor which my res is 1280X1024 could you add a option to move the tooltip. When i am targeting someone the tooltip show up over the ToT unitframe.

Other then that thanks for bringing this back.

One other question. Now that your using Ace are you also using Sharedmedia so we can add our own fonts?

Minimap Zoom Buttons

Hi folks,

I use the latest SUI version and got an annoying bug: After each log-in my minimap zoom-buttons are gone - removing the mark in the options only helps until the next log-in.

I use Bazooka, too

Any suggestions?

Thankyou for picking up and working on this. It's much appreciated

Will there be an option to revert unitframe HP to the full amount like it was previously? I've always preferred that over the condensed version (523,400,000 as opposed to 523.4M for example). I can't seem to find an option for it in the current settings is all but would appreciate a toggle for it if you don't mind.

This is not something done by SpartanUI. It is being displayed via the blizzard interface SpartanUI just moves the blizzard holy power display to where it needs to be.

unless the newest spartan touches this the old one doesn't I have 5 HP on my SpartanUI without a change.

Thank you for keeping this addon alive! I was thinking about doing it myself and am so glad you decided to do so. Love the new features and am eagerly anticipating what you're going to do next.

One thing is bothering me though. I think it's cool that you added the feature to show the color change in health for enemy targets, what I don't care for is that they start off green, so it makes it hard to distinguish if you're targeting a friendly or an enemy. I suggest having them start off another color? Maybe blue or something.

I didn't check any box. It just happened! But now I will look to uncheck that box!

I admit, blizzard frames are smaller than spartan frames however I prefer to have big health/mana bars so it's ok! But having one less party frame on the side within spartan is more space

Your the one who checked the box saying to display player in party :-P

And no the stock party frames did NOT save space, they took up way more space than blizzard does. and they are almost completely unusable for healing. 3.1.0 will be the first real update to spartan's party frames

Extra player frame in party

I was confused at first, wondering why there was 6 people in my party. Then I realized it was me at the top. I'm wondering if this was added or if it's a bug of some sort. I really don't see the need for an extra player frame when we have the one at the bottom. Remember the point of this awesome addon is to take as least space as possible.
