SpartanUI Is designed to free your screen by moving a majority of the interface elements to the bottom. It is the new look for World of Warcraft. Originally Created by Ansu of Dalaran (aka Atriace) it is now managed and maintained by Libidos of Azgalor. Disable oUF if you have it installed, This is a addon library used for unit frames SpartanUI has this built in and having a version not compatible with SpartanUI will break things.


F.A.Q

Q. How do i Move my focus/party/raid?

A. As of 3.1 All frames are now movable by holding Alt and dragging no need to unlock or lock them with a command or button.

Q. I changed a option but nothing changed.

A. Some of the new options in 3.1 for Raid/Party Frames require a /reload to be done after changing them, no it will not always be like this but in order to get it out in time for MOP launch day some convenience had to be sacrificed.

Fix - Monk class icon not showing in party frames.
Fix - Monk Statue moved to the right of the CHI.
Fix - Party frames now properly update when someone was invited while in combat.
Fix - Party Frame not showing up after leaving battleground.
Fix - Moved the Extra Power bar (Petrification bar in MV) to the left so its aligned with the player frame to account some people having a issue in Shado-pan Monastery where the bar overlaps with the extra action button on the last boss. (Temporary Fix, Long term this will move only if it needs to)
Change - SpartanUI no longer hides blizzard buffs, blizz does not allow addons to turn off buffs without some lengthy work arounds.
Removed - Player buffs are no longer displayed on the player frame.
Fix - Misc bugs.

Health/mana bar animation

Hi , i just love Spartan UI , but i got a question about the Health/mana bars . right now they look like original, like coloured bars . but ive seen ppl where they been shiny (like liquid). Could you just have it in another version or do i have to fix it with some options or how does it work ? Pls help me ...

2.6.3-RC5.1 Released

As you can see 2.6.3-RC5.1 have been released....

It doesn't contain a mountain of fixes, I've simply had very little time to work the last few days ...

That said, hopefully the PartyFrame issue have now been fixed, if it doesn't work "straight out of the box", you are gonna need to delete "layout-local.txt" from the ("WoW"\WTF\Account\"AccountName"\"ServerName"\"CharacterName"\) folder ...

Also the TempBuff now should act more Blizz like (positioning), it's not perfect, but close enough (maybe next time I'll get it 99,9%, but wanted to get the PartyFrame fix out asap, so TempBuff had to suffer not being perfect).

Also I did a little tweaking of some of the code, hopefully you'll never notice it, but some of the "OnUpdate" script's now doesn't update 1 time / frame, but only 1 time / 0.5 sec .... thought around 60 updates pr sec (what previous code did on my system) was over the top, so if you experience some delay this is the reason ... give some feedback on it, I can revert it if it's needed.

I think that was about what made it into the update this time, there might be something I missed, if so I'll update the information at a later time.

Great job! With the latest release I haven't seen many problems.

Once half of the party frames didn't show up but not such a big deal as I use healbot for healing.

Have a problem once in awhile while using the teleport out of dungeon. It occasionally wont let me as it says I can't teleport if I'm dead but I'm assuming this is a Blizzard problem.

The eclipse bars work great, no problems seen there.

At first I was hoping for a way to get rid of the target of target frame but I'm getting used to that now as I didn't see anything pertaining to that in the /sui.

Keep up the great work! Can't wait for next release. Take some time off for yourself!

You are using the wrong version, that is the error you get from the "Standart" SpartanUI ... you need to set SpartanUI to Ignore in Curse Client, and then delete ALL SpartanUI folders then reinstall from a fresh download.

my guess would be its a chat addon causing a conflict. which chat addons are you using as not getting that bug with any of the releases since patch 4.01 though i dont use a chat addon

Guild icon dosn't show up

The little guild icon you click doesn't show up with spartan UI on, but with it off it shows up.
This error might have something to do with it.

zilver - it may be me however cant see any change in the positioning of the eclipse bar, however its a heck of alot clearer than it used to be so thank you for that.

Is there anyway to make the minimap buttons permanently there at the user's choice? Currently when i switch chars they disappear and have to be made visible again every change of chars including return to one that already had them visible.

First of Zilver thank you soooooo much for taking this on and making it even better then it was IMHO!!

That being said I have 2 quick questions/bugs/suggestions not sure which they are

1.
