SpartanUI
SpartanUI was originally designed to free your screen by moving a majority of the interface elements to the bottom. While that is still the core focus of the primary addon and configuration it has become much more since MoP.

Whats new in SpatanUI 4.0

Starting with SpartanUI 4.0.0 SpartanUI has begun to introduce a fully theme-able system giving you multiple looks and styles.
Completely modular so that you, the user can use only the pieces you want and give you the complete control over your UI.
Faster releases, the 8 months between the last 3.x release and 4.0 was due to the massive rebuild of many internal systems. The new themes are not done. The new Components are not done, nor are all the new components done being added. Now that the core has been rebuilt the plan is to get more updates out faster.
Think something is missing? Is there that one thing keeping you from using SpartanUI? Please let me know, your comments and suggestions are what drive the development. Without your suggestions I can only add stuff based on my play style.

In short, why not offer people a choice?

I was merely explaining why it was done so people understand that there is a reason for it to be as it is. I'm not trying to tell people not to do it.

Party frames are working (thank you so much Zilver)....but the spells under the party frames are blinking....(like disco balls)...sometimes.

I got my Chat box to work just fine...
I deleted my oUF from Curse and redownloaded it from wowinterface. Instead of having my Character/My target (health/mana) on the bottom by the map, it's up in the upper left corner like the default blizzard UI.

Any fix on this at all..??

Forgot to mention, I tried updating my oUF because when Im in a group-none of my party members show up. I can still see them and what they are doing-but they arent like in my 'group' along the left side of the screen.
Now, like I was saying, my character/target are in the default blizzard UI locations....

What do i have to delete and install (what ouf)

Make sure oUF and the Spartan Player Frames and Party Frames are both enabled on your addon list. You might have to select the "load out of date addons" option.

If I'm following the developer's time line correctly, the fix should be already on his RC4 version.

There was a function to disable Target of Target. I used it before but Since this Fan update replaced my files (as any addon will) I can not remember how to make it so Spartan does not show Target of Target. Anyone know how? I thought it was in the ouf/lua but I am not seeing it now

For fix de whell scrolling.
Open Minimap.lua in /global

Go to line 112:

MinimapCluster:EnableMouseWheel(true);

Remove these line.

I see that Our holy power bar does not show any way it can be enabled or does this mean its time for a new ui?

Minimap issues

I became aware about several Minimap issues yesterday evening, so I will be addressing em in the coming days.

You sir are correct, it was a typo coming from almost no sleep for days coding stuff, anyway they actually are there, you just cant see em they are below some of the other graphic, I'll upload RC4.1 with it fixed later tonight.

A quick fix would be to open up: "SpartanUI_PlayerFrames\scripts\Unit-PlayerFrame.lua" with notepad or another text editing tool and change each of these:

@SenseiLoki: I will take a look in the old code and see if I missed something, but to my knowledge latest official Beta release didn't have this functionality, and neither did the r100 from from the official Google code repository.

That being said, I have a thought of creating an custom show/hide functionality, something like this could potentially also be incorporated.

@Sensei_Sin: you sir are correct, the issue was with the Viewport and was fixed within 21 hours (in the Google code repository) of the first report of it, so Yes the issue should have been fixed in RC4.

I thought some spells blinking was due to Blizzard telling us when spells are off cooldown and they are ready to use?
